I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

We had a great 3-day stay at this Airbnb. The ambience was warm and inviting, and the place was very clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with everything we needed close by. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

THE BEST ! This was by far one of the best places that I have stayed in Goa, especially South Goa. The location is absolutely stunning, the views are like no other views. We enjoyed our tea from the private balcony which touches the river looking at the never ending views of Talpona river surrounded by greenery all around. The house itself is VERY neat and clean, very spacious rooms, clean bed lines. The hosts Rahul and Mansi are very proactive, helped us with local recommendations and transportation. We can’t wait to visit again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

Marlon's place offers peace and tranquility. All the touristy spots are accessible if you have a vehicle. Special shout-out to Marta, who really made sure we were doing fine. We were extremely pleased with the privacy and beauty this place offered

We had a fantastic stay at Ayushi's place! The apartment was exactly as described and even more charming in person. It was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook some meals, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The location was perfect for us. Ayushi was a wonderful host – very responsive and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting South Goa and hope to stay here again ourselves in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Looks exactly like how it's in the photos, great location, and really well maintained. Special mention to Prashant the caretaker, who was exceptionally helpful. Props to prerna as well, who responded actively to any queries, questions or confusions that I had. A lovely experience overall. Would love to visit again. 🙂

I am visiting this place for the second time and i think the place is value for money. Location as well is pretty good.

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

The view of Talpone river from the kitchen/balcony was stunning! The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care of our family. Thank you! The beds were comfortable and they provided clean bed sheets and towels. The outside kitchen was great to cook basic food, the fridge/freezer and the fresh water filter was a big advantage and they even put milk/coffe/eggs and bread in the fridge for us wich was a very warm welcoming. This area is a bit remote so you probably need scooters to go around/shopping/eating. Really nice location to get away from the crowd not far from beautiful and more quiet beaches. It would've been nice if the outside sitting area in the balcony was more comfortable to sit as the chairs/table was a bit overused. We had a few small requests and Axel and his staff were always happy to help. Thank you for a really nice vacation. We highly recommend!

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

When I wasn't feeling well, she was incredibly attentive, consistently checking in on me and offering any assistance I might need. Fantastic apartment surrounded by locals in the small, cozy village of Utorda. From there you can reach the clean, quiet beach with some restaurants and beach bars in about 10 minutes on foot. You can get your daily necessities in the surrounding area. The local buses stop directly in front of the apartment at the intersection. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a residential building inhabited by locals. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two wonderfully quiet balconies from which you can enjoy the sunset. Lincoln and his wife took care of everything very carefully without being intrusive. I found exactly what I was looking for there. Casual holiday without stress away from mass tourism. In one word “holiday with friends” Thank you for the wonderful time Goa

Great place. Great stay. Ritu and Ash are very kind and helpful. Not only did they help us check in smoothly, allow an early check in and a late check out, but they also made sure we feel right at home by catering to all our requests - be it a location change or a local sight seeing recommendations list. A very comfortable stay, it was always great to come back to our studio apartment.Squeaky clean, very good quality utensils, beautifully done up with great furniture. I didn't like the building much but Inside it was great..A 100% thumbs up to all her efforts to maintain the cleanliness and good standards
