One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Com vista para os Alpes, o apartamento estúdio Biohof Ruances em San Cassiano é perfeito para umas férias relaxantes. A propriedade de 30 m² é composta por uma área de estar/dormir, uma cozinha bem equipada e 1 casa de banho e pode, portanto, acomodar 2 pessoas. La casa Vergissmeinnicht dista 1 Km dal centro di Selva Gardena da raggiungere comodamente con il bus gratuito oppure la passeggiata a piedi in 15 minuti. In estate vicino ai sentieri per escursioni verso Ciampinoi, Monte Pana e Alpe di Siusi. In inverno partendo da casa con gli sci ai piedi si arriva direttamente sulla pista da sci Sasslong B del Ciampinoi collegata con il comprensorio del Sella Ronda. Un cordiale benvenuto a tutti famiglie e anche motociclisti.

Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden, ebenso wie ein Garten. Ankommen, den Autoschlüssel weglegen und frei sein zum Skifahren, Einkaufen, Aperitif trinken, Essen gehen, Wandern, Urlaub machen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
