Our stay was great! The building is beautiful! I wish I could see pictures of what it looked like as a department store! The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

Anh’s place was perfect for a brief stint in Indianapolis. The place was spotless, and everything was as promised. Ample supplies such as soap, coffee, shampoo, laundry soap, etc were all available. On top of all this, the location is great! Thanks for the great stay!

Booked for a work trip. During the brief downtime I had it was a very pleasant area to walk around. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. I wanted to do regular cooking while I was there but I found it difficult since there was only one pan and it was small. Grocery store was walking distance and lots of restauraunts if you prefer that over cooking.

It was an amazing place, i stayed for 2 weeks and i enjoyed it a lot, everything was as described, definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Royse + Brinkmeyer at 520 N Neil St, Champaign. The host was very communicative and accommodating throughout my visit. The condo was impressively well-equipped with top-notch kitchen supplies, including basic seasonings and condiments. Quality linens were provided in abundance, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the furnishings were of passable quality, they looked good and new, perfectly sufficient for my needs. TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice addition, but I made do with my portable projector. An extra set of keys or fob, alarm clocks in the bedrooms, and more hangers would be helpful, but these are minor issues considering everything they did right. Overall, this was one of the better Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The building was beautiful, the rooftop views were excellent, and the gas grill was one of the nicest I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

Easy to find, not sure about riding through what appeared to be the ghetto - but had absolutely no issues with anyone. Lots of construction going on the week we were there, a couple of road detours. Train tracks are close by so when they get to rolling, lawdy they were coming through the house. Only heard them once or twice out of the five days we were there. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

My husband gifted me a night here so I could safely crash after a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. I didn't need it, but I loved that there were products there already for makeup removal. Checkout requests were reasonable and easy to follow. It was clean, cute. and comfy!

This Airbnb was an absolute hidden gem! David was amazing in planning and coordinating our stay! The condo was exactly how is was described and shown within the photos of the add! We were even able to communicate/coordinate a decorator to go into the unit and decorate prior to the brides arrival to add a little more celebration, but definitely not needed! The unit has great wall signs and decorations for photo ops! We will be sure to book again next time in Nashville!

The AirB&B description of this condo is perfect and accurate. Brittany is a very responsive host and replied to a couple of questions we had very promptly. The condo is clean bright and airy with a good view of the river. The little patio was a nice touch. The condo is well equipped,plenty of linens and bathrooms supplies as is the kitchen with a good collection of amenities including a good selection of hot beverages options. A bonus especially in a city location was plenty of on site parking right outside the condo. The location is perfectly situated to explore the city. The surrounding area is going through a renovation phase with lots of renovations going on. There are several good restaurants and local bars within a 15 to 20 minutes walk around German town, which we considered safe walking even on the late evening. Down town and Broadway is about a 20 to 30 minute walk along the river path,again we felt save walking there day and night even though it was a little quiet. This

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect house for my family as it was close to the venue we were attending for a wedding. The Host's were quick to respond throughout the entire booking process.

Three of us stayed comfortably for two weeks while horse showing at WEC. The house was exactly as shown in the listing and conveniently located for our needs. We appreciated how clean everything was. There were plenty of fluffy towels provided as well as a great washer and dryer. Mark was super nice and checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going okay. Thank you for making it a great experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We hosted a my hokie son and a few of his hokie friends for Easter dinner and this home was perfect for what we needed. The home was spacious, clean and the location to the campus was fantastic. Highly recommended.

We travel from Charlotte N.C. to New Castle several times a year to visit my Mom and Brother who live in New Castle. They don't have the room to accommodate us over night so Jon and Ashlee's Airbnb is perfect for us. We have stayed with them several times and the only reason we don't stay with them is because they are already booked. This is our go-to Airbnb when we come to town. It is always clean and tidy and just well managed and cared for. We will continue to choose this listing first when we come to town.

I was in town for a wedding, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Lots of amenities near by and a very convenient location. Would highly recommend!

This was a great place for us after we moved from our home. It was comfortable, and clean. There are so many restaurants and stores nearby yet when you sit on the deck out back you don’t hear any of the noise from it being located so close to a main shopping area. Daniel was very accommodating and kind. If you need an air bnb give him a call.

Very comfortable home in a nice neighborhood convenient to so many different opportunities. Always feels like home when we stay here.

This home has a rich history and is beautiful. The antique quilts were great. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great location for us while we were visiting.
