I honestly was not expecting what we paid for. The airbnb was perfect for all our needs and had a great view. For my first mini vacation in Vegas the place and amenities definitely did not disappoint!

Our family stayed at David’s place during the past two years Christmas break. It really feels like home. It has a large kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautiful decorations and views. David is very responsive and proactive. The resort did a much better job this year during the check in than last year. It was very smooth. The resort help desk provided very quick help whenever we need anything. It also had many good amenities like tennis court, swimming pool, game room, and even fuse ball activities. We had a lot of fun things to do even on a snowstorm day. Love this place. Hope to return in the future.

This is a great location right off the Strip. Its actually a one bedroom and a separate studio that is connected. The one bedroom has a kitchen. Kitchen had everything (plates, cups, glassware, silverware, pots, pans). Bathroom was clean and functional. Would definitely reccommend this place!

Rod’s place was amazing—absolutely perfect for our small group! We stayed for a couple of days during our annual Kentucky Derby weekend trip to Vegas. This year, we wanted to avoid staying on the Strip, and we’re so glad we found this spot. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The location was unbeatable—just a 15-minute walk to the Strip and only 8 minutes to the Linq, which saved us a ton on Uber/Lyft. We’ll definitely be staying at Rod’s place again!

Really happy with this place. Great location for the Sphere; price is great; quiet. It is at the Holiday Inn Stays- so lots of choices of rooms once you check in.

Wonderful place for family vacation !! The unit is very conveniently located next to the main club house where all of the amenities are, especially the hot tub and pools. And also very closed to the tram lift to go down to the ski rental place at stonelodge. Would rent here again next time we're back in lake tahoe for skiing !!

Luk is GREAT at communication! Was very straightforward and made everything easy! This is a timeshare & they only asked me twice about sitting on into their 90 minute presentation for $150 cash (once was at check in & second time they called the room) but as Luk mentioned you do not have to do it & as long as you keep saying you’re not interested they won’t keep insisting. As far as the unit, it was clean & had everything we needed for a family of 6! We were very comfortable in the unit given that it was 6 adults. The only thing I would say is that the hotel hospitality could improve. When we arrived we only had one toilet paper roll, missing towels, bed sheets (sofa couch) and no travel size shampoo & conditioner. We had to call twice to get things delivered to our unit but they were pretty quick to get it to our room. Like I said this has to do more with the hotel than Luk. There is a restaurant downstairs their food is amazing! The pools & jacuzzi were so nice! Overall it was a great experience! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Vegas! ☺️

Check-in was very fast and easy the checking staff are really nice and respectful. Great location if you travel Vegas with kids . Nice pools and lots of fun activities to do with kids. Location is very walkable to Las Vegas Blvd. I loved the kitchen it was clean also restrooms and beds you fill like home. I really recommend this place and for our next visit here is first place we look into it.
