The Artist Loft

Mostly used as a photo studio, we are located on a second floor of a commercial building. There are other tenants in the building. We share lobby and common areas with some of the hottest tattoo artists in Charlotte. Do not hesitate to stop by and visit. We are just 10 minutes from uptown Charlotte and 20 minutes from Charlotte International Airport. Public transportation is available down the road. Our parking lot is super easy to get in and out. No Elevator.

The Loft

Spacious and modern loft, with kitchenette, two beds (queen and full). Separate entrance from the main house. Stylish and comfortable. Located in the exclusive and serene Area of South Charlotte. Great location, close to uptown, main shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses, entertainment and The Greenway. Perfect for peaceful outdoor meals. Fire pit and grill available.

Diamond in the Rough

My property is at the end of a long dead end road. I live across the street from Mountain Island Lake and it’s a very secluded and quiet area. The property is minutes away from the boat access area so if canoeing or kayaking you’ll be in heaven. All the dogs run free around here, mine included. They are all very friendly. It helps do be a dog lover.

Lower Loft University Area

The Lower Loft gets its unique name because it is a full basement apartment that was built in the Mid 1950's. The original owner designed the back of the home to reflect Colonial style living and a separate entrance used as a working space. This space is Very secluded and sits on 1.1 acres nestled away as the perfect getaway with family and friends.

Backyard Studio

Enjoy your stay at our warm and cozy detached studio. The studio is located just minutes from downtown Belmont, yet feels secluded and private. Uber and Lyft are available in the area and if you’re feeling adventurous, downtown Belmont is a 15-20 min walk. We’re located about 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the Whitewater Center.

This private little studio is a perfect get away for anyone looking to enjoy all the fun that Charlotte has to offer while staying in a clean and cozy space. It is above our detached garage with a private entrance so you are free to come and go as you explore the city.
