A modern kitchen offers new appliances, the essentials for cooking, a charging station, and a coffee bar with snacks. Retreat to the spacious fenced in yard and lounge on the patio. History is important to us so we updated the space while staying true the original character & feel.

I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. This is a wonderful, super comfortable, fully private space! Very modern, artsy and fun! In a fabulous historic home built in 1895. You will love it here!
