Brooklyn: aluguel por temporada em lofts

I stayed with my son in New York for a week at the end of April, and we were lucky to stay at Luke’s place. From the beginning, Luke was incredibly friendly, helpful, and very respectful of our privacy – we hardly noticed he was there, but we knew he would be available if we needed anything. The apartment was simply amazing: stylishly decorated, full of character, and with lots of cool pictures of Luke that gave the place a personal and creative vibe. You can really tell that someone with great taste and personality lives here. We felt very, very comfortable and at home from the very first moment and would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and welcoming place to stay in New York!

Hace unos años estuvimos en Weehawken y aunque tuvimos también una buena experiencia, el apartamento de Cecilia fue mucho mejor en todos los sentidos: ubicación, comodidad, cercanía al paradero del bus, cercanía al supermercado. Sus instrucciones muy útiles y muy fácil llegar a Manhattan. La pasamos muy bien 🙂

Nash’s place is incredible. Great spot; just a lovely (and flat) 10 minute walk to the subway across the river and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, including some Australian influenced places with excellent coffee. The surrounding areas are very walkable. Staying at Nash’s was so easy. He is an easy-going, fun and inclusive host. He’s not home a lot but loves a chat when he’s around. I really enjoyed hanging out with him. The place is clean, the view from the rooftop is amazing, and the bed is very comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

I loved Sharon's place so much! It exceeded my expectations by a mile. The place is small, but cozy, and had everything I needed and more. I've stayed in so many airbnb's that don't have the most basic things...this place had high quality cookware, a Keurig machine with lots of pods, high quality bathroom products, high speed internet, a huge TV, and massive kitchen for a small NYC apartment. Sharon was responsive, friendly, and super helpful before and during the stay. I'd love to stay here again!

Marcia was a wonderful host and her apartment is just great. We loved her art and good taste. The apartment is in the middle of Dumbo surrounded by little places to eat and just a few steps away from the famous foto spots of manhattan bridge and skyline. The subway station to Manhattan is just 10 min away. All in all, we loved our stay with Marcia. We would certainly recommend the apartment and would also love to come back 😊

I had a nice stay at Mike's place! Located at the heart of New York, giving it easy access to everywhere. I will definitely recommend his place to everyone who wants to spend some time in New York.

Ismalia was nice. I arrived late at night, much later than my original arrival time due to a flight delay, but she was happy to check me in. She also prepared some light food for us when we were hungry. It's a great place to stay if you're traveling from Newark penn station to New York penn station. The place was spacious and clean enough that I could walk around without shoes. The central heating was on all the time and the temperature was just right. The neighborhood tends to be a bit scary, but it's safe if you take an Uber to and from Newark penn station. An Uber ride is about $10. If you're looking to stay in the Newark area because of the high cost of housing in New York, this is a great option.

My stay at Johnny’s exquisitely decorated 2-bedroom condo was a true highlight of my trip to New York City. As a solo female traveler, I was initially unsure about sharing space – but Johnny quickly put me at ease. He was warm, respectful, and communicated clearly so that everything – including sharing the bathroom – worked seamlessly. What really stood out, though, was Johnny’s graciousness. He offered great local recommendations, made sure I had everything I needed, and helped me navigate public transportation. He created a calm, welcoming space in the heart of this bustling city, and for that, I was so grateful. Every now and then, Airbnb introduces you to someone genuinely special – and Johnny is one of those people. I wholeheartedly recommend his place to solo travelers, couples, and anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and thoughtfully hosted NYC stay. Thank you, Johnny, for an unforgettable experience!

Elizabeth and Jose were very responsive to our questing and needs. We had a little difficulty with the entry keypad, but they took care of that quickly. They had snacks for us and the refrigerator was stocked with eggs, bacon, cheese, juice, milk, water and soda. They also had a variety of breads. We truly enjoyed the space. The three bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our family. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us! I would recommend this place to anyone. Was a short 10 - 15 min bus ride to 42nd St. Port Authority in NYC.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à New York grâce à notre hôte Lidia. Elle est à l’écoute et très réactive pour répondre à nos sollicitations.Elle s’est assuré de notre bien être tout au long de notre séjour. Il y a toujours quelqu’un à la réception H24 Le logement était propre et calme. Bon rapport qualité prix . Super emplacement proche des principaux lieux de visite comme madison square garden,empire,Macy’s … Nous y avons passé 1 semaine à 6 en famille. Je recommande et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Staying here was truly an incredible Airbnb experience! I stayed for 3 months and felt so welcomed and at home the entire time. The hosts are not only incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, but really went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, the space was clean, and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. I can’t thank them enough for making this my home away from home for so long! I would highly recommend them and their place to anyone looking!!

It was perfect! The apartment was exacly as it was announced, clean, big and confortable. Liz offered great help and answered really fast to our messages. She helped us with the parking of our car, she managed a way lo leave it in the supermarket that is right in front of the building, really usefull btw. Te connection to New York is a bit long but really accesible with the Path. The only thing I would improve is the kitchen ware, there were very little amount of glasses and plates. I really recomend this appartment we had a great time!

Hem estat molt bé a l'apartament de l'Annie. Vàrem tenir un petit problema a l'arribar perquè no hi havia roba de llit pels sofàs llit però l'Annie ho va resoldre en poca estona i va enviar una persona a portar-ne. L'espai és molt gran i tot estava molt net. El barri ens va agradar i té el metro molt aprop, el que facilita molt anar per tot NY. L'apartament és molt recomenable. Només hi ha dues coses que no ens han agradat tant, el poc espai per guardar roba. Tenint en compte que som quatre hem hagut de deixar la roba dins la maleta. El fet de ser un edifici antic amb terra de fusta fa que sentis als veins de dalt quan caminen. Tret d'això, la resta està tot fantàstic. L'Annie, a més, ens va fer un gran favor el dia que marxavem deixant-nos l'apartament fins la tarda ja que marxavem de nit. Molt agraits pel seu tracte. Si tornem a NY repetirem.

Das Quartier in Hoboken von Erin und Marc war für uns perfekt. So hatten wir einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in NYC; die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir benötigten, das Bett sehr bequem, das Sofa ausklappbar und auch gut. Im Bad fanden wir neben Handtüchern auch Shampoon und eine Föhn. Die AC Heizung/Kühlung funktionierte top, die kleine Heizung im Bad auch. Die Kommunikation lief über Mail problemlos und schnell; die Schlüsselbox ermöglichte uns große Flexibilität. Das Haus in einer historischen Straße liegt in einer sicheren und ruhigen Umgebung; in wenigen Schritten findet man Restaurants und Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. In 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den PATH Zug in Hoboken von wo aus man zur 33th Strasse oder zum WTC fahren kann. Auch die Fähre vom WTC nach Hoboken kann man nehmen; der Bus 126 ist auch eine Alternative. Hoboken hat eine wunderbare Promenade mit Blick auf ganz Manhattan.

This unit was lovely , perfect scenery it look just like the picture , I almost wasn’t ready to return home , great idea for a vacation rental !!!

Easy to find, easy to access, walkable to local shops/eateries. Plenty of space inside, clean, washer/dryer was a plus!
