The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Zu vermieten ist eine urige, abgelegene Almhütte (Aste), fast 400 Jahre alt, in etwa 1300 Meter Seehöhe. Sie liegt in Nordtirol, im Süden des Inntals in der Silberregion Karwendel am Fuße der Tuxer Alpen mit dem Gilfert, Hirzer und Wildofen. Eine phantastische Aussicht entschädigt den einfachen Standard ohne Badezimmer. Die Südwest-Lage ist Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Bergwanderungen in der Silberregion Karwendel oder für Skitouren in das legendäre Gebiet um den Gilfert im Westen des Zillertals.

Das Doppelzímmer mit Couchliege und eigener Dusche/WC befindet sich im 1. Stock des Wirtshaus Nattererboden, einem beliebten Ausflugsgasthof südlich von Innsbruck. Angeschlossen ist ein kleiner Bauernhof, wo vor allem vom Aussterben bedrohte Haustiere leben, z.B. Ziegen, Schafe, Kühe, weiße und schwarze Esel, Pferde etc. Du kannst im Gasthof frühstücken und auch tagsüber á la carte essen. W-Lan und ein Parkplatz sind vorhanden und kostenlos. Hunde und Kinder fühlen sich besonders wohl.

Herzstück des Apartments ist Sommers wie Winters der herrlich große Sonnenbalkon mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Stubaier Bergwelt und den Gletscher.
