The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Genießen sie den traumhaften Ausblick ins obere Lechtal und auf die umliegenden Berge. Starten sie ihre Wander- oder Fahrradtour direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Langlaufloipe im Winter ist nur zwei-drei Schwünge entfernt. Alles andere erreichen sie bequem mit dem Bus - Bushaltestelle ca. 200m entfernt.
