Had a great night’s stay in Honey Buzzard Barn - it had everything we needed, and was nice and warm despite the very cold weather. The directions sent by Jan were very helpful in finding the barn - even providing a picture of the turning so we knew we were in the right place. Location is great for accessing Falmouth and Penryn :)

Really unique place in a lovely garden! If the weather is nice, it‘s wonderful to take a walk in the public garden. The accommodation itself is clean and neat. Great bathroom, kitchen could hve a few more utensils. Overall a great place to stay, especially during off-season!

Perfect stay from start to finish!! Rachel was such a fab host, communication was great - she left us lots of helpful information and tips! Was lovely meeting her too - such a lovely lady!! The Barn is beautiful, great location, absolutely perfect for our family - there was 8 of us including our two children (ages 8 & 10) all of the amenities were spot on and Rachel really has thought of everything you could need! This is a little slice of heaven - can’t wait to return! 5***** Thank you for an incredible time!x

We had the pleasure of staying here for New Years and had the most lovely time. The cottage was as described, very cosy and super comfy beds which is always a gift! The games room was perfect for a spot of competitive family fun which added another dimension to our stay. Russell was a fab host and communicated perfectly. Would recommend and stay again. A great place to enjoy a stag weekend, accommodation excellent with all that we required. Easy walk to the beach and shops / bars in Polzeath. Ample space inside for a group of 13 with seating outside for BBQ. Overall a great few days in the warm Cornwall sunshine, highly recommended.

Had a fabulous family break, able to accommodate the whole family to be together for New Year for the first time in years! The cottages are perfect for a homely break, cosy and well equipped. The pool and games room are fantastic - better than the photos and able to keep teenagers entertained and adults relaxed! Loved how dog friendly it was which meant they had a great time too! Would highly recommend Fox Valley Cottages

We had a great time staying at the lodge. The surrounding area was very peaceful, and local amenities are only a short walk away. We loved chilling out in the hot tub

Lovely clean and modern Caravan. A beautiful location very friendly and quiet , easy access to the local towns and lovely village and beautiful beach. Swimming pool on site is lovely and everywhere is Dog friendly. Will definitely be rebooking next year 😊 The only downside is the signal and WIFI

We had a wonderful time staying at Stable Flat One on the Bourncoose Estate. The apartment is so charming and beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment was very clean. The hosts were very caring and proactive. We were even greeted with biscuits and given the opportunity to charge our electric car. - We are thinking of coming back as there is so much to do in Cornwall and would definitely consider staying here again!

It was lovely, very clean and well equipped, great location, enjoyed dog walks to the beach and close enough to walk to bude. Lisa gave great instructions, and the added bonus off sunshine, had a fantastic weekend and would highly recommend

Nice Place to stay with an amazing view. Place is nice inside with all amenities. Jaquzi outside to relax at night. Only draw back is you can't park outside the home and have to carry all your belongings about 250 meters to the home. Parking outside would make it easier for people with children or in poor weather conditions.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Joe's place. The location was perfect and you didn't need to move your car if you didn't want too. The cottage had everything you need for a perfect holiday The beach was walkable and there were plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants that were all dog friendly. Joe sent us plenty of excellent recommendations to try. Must do: Electric bakery for breakfast La Boca Pizza and sit outside the Carriers pub Fabric painting at The Kitchen Front Mermaid Fish and chips shop. We sat outside every evening in the beautiful private courtyard and ate . Make use of the kayaks and body boarding equipment . We went to the beach every day as it was so close, sunset in the beach was fabulous. Joe and his brother Daniel were so helpful and responsive. I will definitely return and would highly recommend this place for a perfect holiday in Bude. Can't wait to see the new accommodation when it's finished . Thanks for a brilliant holiday and some great memories made!

Lovely apartment. Fresh airy and well stocked - had all we needed. Good quality furniture and comfortable beds . Nice bathrooms and fluffy towels . There are a lot of stairs to this property so need to be aware of that - good exercise though. Apartment Just as the photos show and lovely view from the sitting room to enjoy over morning coffee.

We had a fabulous time. It’s a beautiful apartment with stunning views. Host was amazing. We will definitely be back. It’s a hidden gem. The dogs loved it. They were living their best life.

Weergaloos verblijf, waar wij een fantastische week in onze meivakantie hebben gezeten. De tips van Melanie waren heel fijn. De plek zelf nog beter. Prachtig huisje, mooie tuin, leuk strand (onze dochters van 6 en 8 vermaakten zich onophoudelijk) en zoveel te doen in de buurt. Alle activiteiten die we hebben gedaan waren binnen een uur rijden. Het zwembad, waar we dankzij het goede weer maar weinig gebruik van maakten, was overigens ook super. Voor de elektrische rijders: de laadvoorzieningen werkten vlekkeloos (en récht naast het huisje). Bedankt voor deze superweek!

Wonderful place to stay - it's a shame I was there for a conference so I didn't get to explore the surroundings as much as I'd have liked. The accommodation itself was beautiful. Well presented. Really helpful instructions to get there - especially in the dark.

Location could not have been better! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! And to top it all, a view to die for! You won’t need any TV you can people watch (a great hobby)! Coffee in the morning to watching the sun go down! Amenities were lovely, the main bed was so comfortable and nice to have big towels. Parking was a huge bonus in Marazion too! Had a small issue with the hot water when we arrived which was quickly resolved. It did get a bit chilly in the evenings. Only one suggestion, for the price paid, it would have been really nice to have a small welcome basket - after driving for 5 hours, we needed to get some milk and sugar for a cup of tea.

I had an incredible stay at this accommodation! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out were the owners—they were so warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and friendly place to stay. Can’t wait to come back

What a fantastic place! The views of St Ives from the lounge are simply spectacular!! The upstairs of the house is split into three spacious areas - kitchen, games/TV room and lounge. The whole house was spotless and there are 5 roomy bedrooms downstairs, with the three double bedrooms being ensuite. Thoughtful touches include slippers (to keep) and dressing gowns, beach towels and body boards (to make use of during your stay). The kitchen is very well appointed and there is a wonderful outside area in the garden for barbecuing or just sitting and enjoying the glorious weather with a drink of your choice in hand. It is only a short walk downhill from the house into the centre of St Ives but there are taxis available if you don't fancy the walk back up the hill after a night out! I would recommend eating at the Mermaid but you will need to book in advance as it is very popular. When I reached out to Joanna with a query she responded very promptly. Would definitely return.
