Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Unbelievable place to stay, photos do not do it justice. Location unbelievable too & the beds were so comfortable! Will be staying again when next In the area! Thank you!

Had no issues, host reached out to ask how stay was. Clear check in instructions were provided to find the location, the box and get in. The house felt like a home for us while we were there, beautiful, neat, clean, and homely. Plenty of space and array of things provided such as tea, coffee, shampoo and soap, host provided a small bowl of sweets which was a nice added touch. We both loved our stay and agreed we would definitely stay again if it came about. Location is pretty close to most places in town for a quick Uber or not too far from the bus.

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

The place was nice and clean and is definitely worth the money.

House was clean, new and beautiful. Walking distance to tram station. Near Old Trafford. No parking lot provided if you are driving.

Had the pleasure of staying here, over the weekend, and it has to be said Jamie’s place is stunning, inside and out. Genuine nice guy. Restaurant suggestions were fantastic, and only 10min walk away. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Simply beautiful, clean and lovely house. Also Eira was helpful and a great down to earth host. House has everything and also is at great locality. Llandudno pier is just 5mins drive. Plus lidl is just 2-3 walks and Morrison is 4mins drive from this place. Henceforth this will be my default place to stay at North Wales and also would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to explore north wales and need a beautiful peaceful place to stay with no negative points :) Thanks again Eira. Ian was a great host. excellent communication at all times. The house was in a good location within close proximity of shops, pubs and restaurants of Harrogate. Would definitely book again when visiting Harrogate.

+ I can’t believe the house was exactly look like the picture and it’s super clean top to bottom. - To make it’s perfect need to get another step just outside the door if you can. And get some wines glasses. At the end of the trip, I will came back and I will recommend to my family and friends

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Great value for money. Place was larger than expected, perfect for bigger groups. Was easy to access with instructions. Thanks for a great stay!

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

Gary was great at communicating. There was a Christmas tree and a welcome basket full of treats a lovely touch! Great thought put into dog friendly home plenty of space and enclosed. Beautifully furnished and very clean. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

We stayed at Claudia’s gorgeous flat in Clitheroe for a gig and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The flat was beautifully presented, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Claudia was a lovely and helpful host, and the personalised message she left for us was such a thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay again – highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, everything you need for a short or long stay, ubers to the center took 8-10 minutes and there were plenty around the area so only a 1-5minute wait time too, very clean and welcoming, large shower and big bedroom, lots of space, very good price would stay here again and I’d highly recommend.

Without any exaggeration, this place is the best place I've stayed at to date (globally). Beautiful home from the outside and inside. The interior and decor is really good and it has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Chris was extremely welcoming and friendly, the instructions were very clear too. The only negative I have is for me, not for Chris - the fact that we didn't stay longer. When we checked out, it gave us the feeling you get when a holiday abroad comes to an end - good vibes! This place is a MUST if you're in the area. We will definitely be coming back here again in future and we'll be planning to stay a lot longer. Thank you for an amazing stay Chris!

Shola’s place was great and she is lovely and very responsive. It’s very well situated and very quiet.

An excellent place to stay and this was a return visit. Didn't disappoint. Will be back next time I need to visit. Handy for everything in town, 5 mins to tram stop, local shops and close enough to walk to the city center. Parking was easy and close and the apartment had everything I needed for my stay.

Truly wonderful and stylish flat in fabulous location for all that Ilkley has to offer. The flat was comfortable, warm, had everything we needed and felt secure and private. The bonus of a parking space at the back of the property (having unloaded at the front) was brilliant. The owners had left plenty of UHT milks, teabags, coffee, herbs and spices, oil, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and so on which meant we really were off to a good start in the kitchen - best of all were the amazing bright yellow yolked fresh eggs from their own hens which was a really lovely touch (when available) There are several mini flights of stairs to get up which was fine for us.

Host was incredible! Fast responses, went the extra mile and a really lovely person. Beautiful, spacious apartment presented very well upon arrival. Super close to shops, restaurants and bars. Wonderful little stay xx
