We stayed at Podere Cerretino to celebrate our wedding with family and friends. It was the best week of our lives. Not only is the place beautiful, and the surrounds stunning, Nicola is the best air BnB host we have ever had. He went above and beyond, a lot of times without us even asking. From booking us restaurants and appointments, to connecting us with our amazing wedding planner, and booking us a pizza chef to come to the villa - the whole week was so incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about Nicola and his beautiful place. If you’re looking for a place to host a wedding, or just to relax, look no further.

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

During my recent stay in Italy, I was fortunate enough to experience a truly unforgettable getaway, highlighted by a magnificent private pool that made all the difference. Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore nearby quaint villages while also providing a tranquil retreat to unwind in the evenings. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Tolles Haus, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist super. Ein gutes Restaurant ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im nächstgrößeren Ort mit Einkaufszentrum etc. sowie am Meer. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwierig Unternehmungen zu planen. Preis/Leistung ist top und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Alloggio molto grande, comodo, pulito e in zona tranquilla. La signora Fedora è estremamente disponibile, gentile e proattiva, venendoci incontro per esigenze di check-in. Molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

L'appartamento è davvero bellissimo, esattamente come descritto e mostrato nelle foto, se non addirittura più bello! Una menzione speciale per l'host Giovanna: risponde immediatamente ai messaggi, è molto disponibile e ha permesso un check-out flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

Angela Maria è stata gentilissima, prima dell’arrivo, ma anche dopo, con una pronta reazione alle nostre domande e al momento del check-in ci ha spiegato tutte le attività della zona, i monumenti da visitare e consigli sui ristoranti. Ci ha lasciato parcheggiare le nostre bici al sicuro ed è sempre stata disponibile. Esperienza da rinnovare per un prossimo soggiorno a Ravenna. Grazie Angela Maria!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanze con tutta la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’abitazione è spaziosa, ben organizzata e dotata anche di un comodo cortiletto interno. Tutto era pulito e in ottime condizioni. La posizione è eccellente: vicina a tutti i principali punti di interesse e comodissima per chi desidera godersi una vacanza di mare. L’host, Graziella, è stata molto attenta, precisa, simpatica e davvero capace, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un’esperienza che consigliamo.

We were 2 couples and all of us agreed, Gianluca was an amazing host. He answered all my questions before I booked and continues to be super responsive. (I left something behind and he is helping me to retrieve it. ) The apartment was perfectly located. So many wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. Gianluca was kind enough to make reservations for us each time. We used the 4 bikes to ride to the beach each day, we could get there in less than 10 minutes. It was a beautiful clean and spacious apartment . I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. We highly recommend ! I would give him 10 stars if I could ! Grazie Mille !!

What can I say. This place is amazing. Host was amazing and extremely friendly The drive up to the house is just great. Being British u don’t experience things like this. The view from the gardens is out of this world. The swimming pool is fantastic. Local shop has what you need. There is a hotel in walking distance for lovely meals also a sports bar as well. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone. 12 of us there plenty of room and a huge table to eat from. Thanks for one amazing stay. What a memory. 🥰🥰

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa abitazione,sicuramente ci torneremo è stato come essere a casa. Casa pulita sia all’esterno che all’interno. La casa offriva tutti i comfort e pulita!!! Complimenti!

perfetto per chi deve andare in Fiera o vuole una situazione tranquilla. Ottimo avere anche a disposizione un parcheggio privato per l'auto.

Nagyon kényelmesek az ágyak, a konyha jól felszerelt. A teraszról nagyon szép a kilátás. Egy hetet töltöttünk itt, de nagyon otthon érezte magát mindenki. A strand közel van, maximum 15 perc alatt megközelíthető. Mindenkinek ajánlom.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Finka von Leonardo :-) die Finka liegt auf einem sehr schönen Hügel mit einem tollen Blick ins Tal. In der Finka findet man insgesamt vier Badezimmer und somit reichlich Platz, um auch mit bis zu 10 Personen morgens schnell fertigzuwerden. Außerdem ist ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer inkl. Fernseher enthalten, wo man auch mal gemeinsam ein wenig Zeit drinnen verbringen kann, wenn es einem draußen zu warm wird. Der Außenbereich ist auch super mit einem Holzkohlegrill, einer Veranda mit genügend Platz und noch ein wenig Liegefläche. Der Pool ist 20-30 Meter vom Haus entfernt und sehr groß. Grundausstattung ist (entgegen der Beschreibung) übrigens auch enthalten! Bei sonstigen Angelegenheiten ist Leonardo immer hilfsbereit. Zwei Tipps noch für die Unterkunft: Bringt Mücken-/Bremsenspray (v.a. Für den Pool abends) mit und am besten genug Reifenprofil und PS, um die Anfahrt hoch auf den Hügel zu meistern. 10/10 would recommend! :-)

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa presso l’alloggio di Mauro. La casa è circondata da paesaggi stupendi e l’ampio giardino interamente recintato è perfetto per chi ha cani o bimbi piccoli. Mauro è un host gentile, disponibile e molto discreto. La casa è spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort e la pulizia è impeccabile. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti un soggiorno in questa oasi di pace, non ve ne pentirete.

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️
