Marcella and her team was so responsive … quick in booking and communication and very flexible with check in. Condo was very clean and had everything you needed and the price was great for the area. Several great restaurants in the area, close to Garrafon de Castilla and an easy taxi ride to other parts of the island. Highly recommend!

The place and the host were truly incredible. It's a few minutes walking distance from the beach, from restaurants, corner shops and bars. The views from the apartment are incredible; it also has anything you could need to cook, clean or wash. I'm also a lot into working out and the gym space is pretty comfortable. Mami was amazing, she responded super fast every time i had questions and was very helpful with recommendations of activities or grocery shopping. I really appreciate her enthusiasm and the love she put in her place

We loved Jimena's spot! (#4). Jimena was very flexible getting a last minute booking possible, we weren't quite ready to leave Mexico and were able to get two nights here quickly. The place is incredibly cute, easy to get to, and walkable straight to Hildago, Playa Norte, and the ferry. Inside was clean, with everything two or three people would need for a short (or extended) stay depending on your needs. The location couldn't be beat, listening to the waves at night right outside the window from our comfortable bed was heaven! The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to make a quick meal with, with a small dining table as pictured. The bathroom was compact but also had everything you'd need for a quick shower (the shower is not separate from the toilet and sink), with the shower more than warm enough with the tankless water heater. If you are looking for an efficient space in an unbeatable location, do not hesitate to book. 10/10! Thank you, Jimena!

Diego’s place was great! We loved Oleo and the services. The resort and all inclusive purchase really was what we needed. We can see ourselves booking this space again.

La casa está muy bien ubicada, la terraza exterior con alberca es el lugar ideal para pasar toda la tarde. Los cuartos muy amplios y limpios. Daniel estuvo en comuniación constante con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda regresaríamos!

Estaría muy bueno agregar algo más a la cocina. por ejemplo una tabla para picar verduras. Una PAVA ELÉCTRICA para los argentinos es de suma importancia. un té un mate . y no tuvimos donde calentar agua. agradezco las dos ollitas y platos pero nos faltó esas dos cositas. priorizamos la buena alimentación. no siempre acudimos a los restaurantes Después todo bien!

This Airbnb is absolutely worth booking. The host has great communication and the people in charge of the house keeping is wonderful and helpful. All the rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. Everything was super clean and the location is great. Would definitely stay there again.

The host was very responsive. House was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Loved the location of the house. The only con was that there wasn’t any hot or even warm water when showering and upstairs bathroom had a funky odor. But besides that i would definitely book this airbnb again!

Hermoso. A pasos de la playa y se descansa muy bien. Los atardeceres desde la azotea son bellisimos y la comunicación con los anfitriones fue de lo mejor. Sin duda volvería a alojarme en la estancia de Sergio y José.

El departamento fue muy limpio y fue como en las fotos, tuvimos toallas, agua. Nos sentimos como que sea nuestra casa La playa está maravillosa nos encantó muchísimo El restaurante no nos gustó pero hay otros lugares donde puedes comer rico. Comimos casi todos los días en el restaurante del Presidente Intercontinental es el que sigue

El departamento nos encantó, está súper cerca de la playa ballenas, estaba muy cómodo para las 6 personas que nos alojamos en el, sin duda volvería a quedarme con mi familia aquí. Tomen en cuenta que no cuenta con elevador por lo que hay que subir escaleras para entrar. Los camiones pasan muy cerca del condominio, buenos restaurantes en la zona

*Fantastic Apartment, Great Location, Excellent Host*. This place was right on the beach and felt safe. Easily accessible by R1 & R2 bus to grocery stores, Walmart & other beaches (Playa Delfines is in walking distance). It was easy for tour vans, taxis, uber to find. Solymar beach was quiet and peaceful and a great place to swim. Plenty of beach beds. The pool was small but clean . The best part of the apartment was the view!! The beds were comfortable. Though the appliances were a bit dated, the A/C, microwave, full range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator all worked well and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery – great for planning and preparing meals for the day. No clothes washer, but laundry rates were reasonable. There was a small plumbing issue but J went above and beyond to address and speaks fluent English. Always responsive and willing to help. All in all it made for a great vacation and plan to do it again. We recommend it to others as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Thank you for hosting us

Six great friends (3 couples) stayed at this beautiful just right house. We loved the beach accessibility, the sound of the Caribbean waves, the daily visit and feeding of the iguanas, the refreshing pool and each of the suites with its own bathroom! We rented 2 golf carts to get us around the island and to the wedding we came there to attend. Everything was just as we needed! I thought we'd want more tvs but we never turned it on once. Bedroom AC worked great and we had really good water pressure for our showers. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We'd absolutely stay again!

Estuvimos como en casa literal, el departamento estaba muy limpio, la ropa de cama limpias y olían delicioso . El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. El lugar en general es bonito y sus amenidades son excelentes. Gaby siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, contestando todas nuestras dudas. Excelente atención.

El departamento es bastante cómodo , con una excelente ubicación, cercano a playas , cuenta con todas las amenidades que describe y hay seguridad, excelente lugar para alojarte !! Los anfitriones están al pendiente, en lo personal no los contacté mucho pero cuando los necesitaba nos contestaban rápido :)

Coco was a very responsive host. We wanted a private and peaceful place to stay on the beach; Villa Sybalu delivered. It is bigger than the pictures show. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the terrace. From there we saw two engagement proposals (one had a mariachi band the other had fireworks), ate food (delivered or cooked), and also watched kite surfers. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and seeing the sway of the palm trees from our comfortable bed. Twice we took the two minute walk to Flamingos restaurant/Beach Club (had my birthday dinner). We enjoyed their food and drinks. You don't have to pay for the loungers, just consumption. We drove to Punta Blanca beach club (very nice place and customer service). With regard to finding the place, you are not going to see the name Villas Sybalu outside but the pin that Coco sends is accurate. Also, note you are charged extra per day for each person beyond ONE person which was quite a surprise!

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Charming property expertly managed by an excellent host!

We loved our stay with the amazing view! The place was clean and in a great central location between the North and South parts of Isla Mujeres. There was great communication with Mondi. We highly recommend this casa. Only one minor con: could use updated towels. Otherwise, our overall, stay was wonderful and relaxing! 😊
