The 6x8 ft skylight fills the loft with natural light. The skylight, wood posts and steel beams are original from the ironworks. New is the comfortable radiant ceiling heat and eco renovation. This location has 3 rare perks: easy street parking, wide ground floor access, and, it's quiet! 2 guests only, no parties!
