Eric is an amazing host and person! Super friendly when it came to using the amenities and made us feel at home. Has great recommendations for food and local attractions. Beautiful property to walk around or just sit outside! Overall a 10/10 experience while staying at Eric’s home, couldn’t have asked for a better host for our weekend!

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Charlotte was super nice as host, hands on and proactive. Locations os quite good and close to daily things and público transporte Lines. Great space for two people, recommend!

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Monica was an incredible host! Not only did she make me and my husband feel at home, but she also made our dog feel like a queen. The location was perfect and close to many attractions and restaurants. And free street parking was easy to find. Monica was responsive and extremely courteous. If we are in the area again, we would definitely book with them.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay here! Loved being on a quiet block while still being very close to the city. Rafi was very kind and called me to make sure we had a good check-in. Loved the place as well. A+ would recommend!

Lovely quiet little place to stay. Natasha was so friendly and kind - and her dog and my dog loved running around the fenced-in yard together! The game room adjacent to the private area is a nice touch. Very generous with lots of linens and towels. Kitchen had everything, even a water filter that was pre-filled when we arrived! Thanks Natasha for a great stay!

Cal and Colleen are very friendly, hospitable, and a goldmine of local information. The suite was well equipped and comfortable with a roomy sitting room and great outdoor space.

Paid extra so we wouldn't have to use street parking, the spaces are tight fit but well worth it. Greg was very responsive and we had what we needed. Make sure to pack grippy socks, the hardwood floors are beautiful but very slick to walk on. It is also listed for 6 people, and I feel like 4 is perfect, the living room is just a tight fit for a pull out couch. Our overall stay was good, clean and had all the things we needed. he also had great communication with little things so you didn't have to message him for small things. Nice guy, and would recommend staying here.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Very responsive host. Clean space in a great location!

It was great for us as a home base for our stay in Maryland. The open plan of the second floor space was actually larger than I had imagined from the on-line photos, and worked well for my wife and me, and our energetic 50lb dog. Set in a mature forest, the tree-top views from the expansive windows are wonderful, a welcome departure from the usual hotel experience. The unusual location of the bathroom takes some getting used to, but was clearly explained by the hosts during the booking process, and we came prepared.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better; right in the heart of everything, with several great restaurants, shops, and activities just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Kenny, the host, was fantastic. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions quickly. It made a difference knowing we had such a responsive and helpful host. We had a wonderful experience overall and are already looking forward to coming back to stay here again. Highly recommend!
