Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Duplex design - Vieille Ville à 50m de la mer

En plein cœur de la vieille ville, ce duplex lumineux donne directement sur la rue du Poilu, artère piétonne vivante et typique de Villefranche-sur-Mer. À 50 m de la mer, à deux pas du port pittoresque, de la chapelle Cocteau et de la citadelle. 2 chambres (literie très confortable 160x200), canapé-lit, climatisation dans chaque pièce, cuisine haut de gamme. Rénové en 2025 avec des matériaux nobles. Appartement très lumineux. Idéal couples, familles ou pros. Dernier étage et donc très calme.

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Located on the top floor of a modern residence, this magnificent apartment with AC will offer you a splendid view of the bay of Villefranche and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Entirely renovated and furnished, the apartment will allow you to spend a relaxing holiday just a stone's throw from the sea. The car park, or even the bus whose stop is located at the bottom of the residence, will allow you to move around easily. The beaches of Beaulieu and Villefranche-sur-Mer are within walking distance.

Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
