L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e 10 dai principali supermercati è l'appartamento adatto per chi vuole avere le comodità a portata di mano pur avendo la propria privacy. L'appartamento è ampio, luminoso, fresco e ventilato rendendo sopportabili anche le giornate più calde, è dotato di un condizionatore nell'ingresso e di ventilatori nelle camere. Il bagno e la cucina sono stati recentemente ristrutturati. Accogliamo calorosamente cani abituati a gatti, gatti e umani ben educati da quest'ultimi.

Cottage all'interno della masseria "il Paduletto" con giardino privato e parcheggio. Puoi goderti le meravigliose spiagge del Parco della Sterpaia. Sabbia finissima e macchia mediterranea. Puoi esplorare le isole dell'arcipelago toscano la Maremma, la Val d'Elsa, Siena e Chianti fino a raggiungere la rinascimentale Firenze. Per chi ama il trekking e per le gite in bicicletta ci sono itinerari di grande fascino. Il cottage è pet friendly. Biciclette a disposizione per dimenticarti dell'auto.

IL mio appartamento è in centro storico completamente ristrutturato, molto vicino ad una spiaggetta attrezzata e alla piazza piu'bella della citta'. A 50m il corso offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti tipici e di locali dove trascorrere il dopocena. A pochi minuti la stazione ferroviaria e il supermercato.L'appartamento si trova nella ztl, ma ci sono parcheggi free a 150mt e inoltre offriamo la possibilita' gratis di un permesso per l'accesso e parcheggio in ztl per il tempo del soggiorno.

Grazioso appartamento al piano terra, appena ristrutturato. Distante 5 min a piedi dal centro storico e 10 min a piedi dalle spiagge cittadine. Nei pressi si trovano attività commerciali di prima necessità. - camera con letto matrimoniale e lettino singolo - cucina con piastre ad induzione, forno a microonde, frigorifero e poltrona letto. - giardino esterno con tavolino - bagno - si forniscono lenzuola,asciugamani saponi e phon. - macchina del caffè a capsule, moka e stoviglie.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Casa Sabina

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

50mq three-rooms apartment in Venturina Terme with independent entrance. It's composed by: a bedroom with queensize bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and kitchen. Suitable for four adults or family with two children. The natural spring and the thermal baths are reachable by foot. Gulf of Baratti, Rimigliano and Sterpaia parks, Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima are near the apartment. My accomodation is perfect for travel-workers, couples and families.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

A lovely studio (20 mq) located on the first floor of the old barn. From his window you can glance at the sea, all along the headland of Piombino and Elba island. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and a double bed. The accomodation can comfortably host 2 people. In the garden below it is available to our guests and their furry friends an exclusive outdoor dining area with picnic table.
