The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. In passato la mia casa ha accolto attori ma sopratutto pittori. Potrete godere dei dipinti, e delle icone lasciate dagli amici su tutte le pareti di casa, tutto originale. Sono contenta di condividere questa arte con i miei ospiti. Dedicate qualche minuto ai quadri, alle opere e ai mobili, tutta la casa ha pezzi di novecento italiano. Una casa grande, perfetta per ospitare famiglie numerose o gruppi. No entrance ticket to Venice required!

L'immobile, tipico degli inizi del 900, è posizionato nel lungomare, di fronte agli stabilimenti balneari, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città e dalla fermata del vaporetto che collega Venezia, le isole e l'aeroporto Marco Polo. Circondata dal verde, la casa è arredata con cura, attrezzata per famiglie con bimbi, regala soggiorni sereni e molto rilassanti.

La dependance is a 45 square meters’ cozy, comfortable and fully renovated modern studio. The studio is on the top 3rd floor of an historical liberty villa, where my grandparents used to spend their summer time during the ‘50’s, in Venice Lido. It is located along the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale.
