We are easy distances from Carowinds, Marvin Efird Park, and the South Park, Waverly, Stonecrest, Pineville and Ballantyne shopping centers. We offer a private bedroom with queen bed, full shower, and a stocked kitchenette for your comfort and convenience. We're very eager to make this a special visit for you!

A separate game/entertainment room with a pool table and a single pull out bed. Small coffee/snack bar (kitchenette) area with a microwave, mini fridge and Keurig. Connected to the owner’s home with a separate outside entrance. Access to a fishing pond and fire pit. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility.

Meet the horses at the fence line. More than a stay: • Private riding lessons • Pondside picnic setup — let me prep the basket and blanket by the pond for an anniversary, or a slow afternoon • Pet-friendly I built this cottage to be the kind of place I’d want to stay myself: quiet, comfortable, and surrounded by animals.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Whether you are walking the 155 acres of trails, relaxing with a good book on the porch, or enjoying the many animals on the property, you will leave here recharged. 5 minutes from downtown Waxhaw, 20 to Monroe, and 20 minutes to Ballantyne and Waverly.

This cozy house is nestled on a 2 acre pond, surrounded by nature, yet a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Waxhaw…restaurants, antique shops, breweries, coffee shops, as well as a museum! You are invited to come and relax, enjoy an infra-red Sauna session in the 4 seater Cedar Sauna, or row in the boat (with the provided life jackets), sit around the camp fire, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, grill, or simply walk to the town!
