Val-de-Marne: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

If for no other reason, having open views of Paris from all the windows is reason enough to stay. Beautifully appointed rooms, fully workable kitchen and comfortable bedding. Having been to Paris multiple times, David’s apartment really gave me a sense of «  living » in Paris, not just being a tourist. Easy walk from the Seine and plenty of markets nearby. The apartment itself is quiet which isn’t always a given in Paris and having an elevator is a plus. The only shortcoming for some would be that there is no shower- only bathtub and hand held shower. There’s plenty of hot water and a bath is so lovely after a day of being out. My friend and I shared the apartment and the second room is super comfortable with plenty of storage space. But really what stands out is the Parisian decor vibe and the views. I’d happily stay there again.

Rapide mais efficace, propre bien ranger et agréable.

Un appartement en résidence situé dans un quartier calme, proche du centre commercial et de nombreux restaurants en tout genre accessibles sans avoir à prendre les transports en commun. Il était également à côté d'espaces verts chouettes pour se balader et se dépenser. L'appartement en lui-même est bien équipé, spacieux et bien rangé, avec une terrasse assez grande. Vraiment rien à redire j'ai passé un excellent séjour.

We stayed at Andre’s place for 11 days and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spacious enough for our family with small kids and had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved the balcony — it was safe for the kids and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view of the lovely small park across the street. Andre was very communicative and provided lots of helpful information leading up to our stay. As we were driving down from Normandy, he kindly made special arrangements for us to drop off our bags and check in early before returning the car, which made our arrival so much easier. The neighbourhood felt very safe, and we were comfortable walking around or catching the metro even late at night. Two metro stations, Campo-Formio and Nationale, were just a short walk away, and it was easy to walk to the Left Bank of the Seine or the beautiful Jardin des Plantes. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend Andre’s place.

Logement très propre et agréable, superbe lever de soleil sur le balcon avec vue dégagée. Literie impeccable. Cuisine très belle et bien équipée. Petites attentions surprises à notre arrivée. Je recommande!

Appartement conforme à la description, très propre et bien équipé. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour un moment de détente ! L’hôte a été très réactif et agréable dans nos échanges, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement !

Mes Parents ont passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement confortable, lumineux bien situé, propre avec transports à proximité et commerces. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir remis l'ustensile qui nous manquait.

Nice studio, very clean and ideal to go to Disney. Also easy access to public transport and having a parking spot was convenient. Julien is very responsive and helpful. All in all we really had great stay at this place.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement il est bien agencé avec plusieurs rangements disponibles. Nous sommes à environ 40 minutes de Paris Bercy en voiture. Laurent a été accueillant et réactif. Nous reviendrons sans problème dans ce logement

Parfait pour notre week-end de rugby au stade de France .

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est juste incroyable. Les lits sont extrêmement comfortables. Boris était réactif quand on a eu beaucoup de lui. On voulait être proche de La Défense et la gare de Puteaux située à 1min du logement de Boris nous y amenait à seulement très rapidement ou parfois on marchait. Le seul hic, c’est l’escalier à l’entrée de l’immeuble quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Mais en toute franchise, on tous a adoré rester ici pour quelques jours. Merci Boris pour cet accueil! On y retournera si l’occasion se présente.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Wir waren für insgesamt 5 Übernachtungen in Nellys Studio und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Metro war fussläufig gut zu erreichen und damit optimaler Ausgangspunkt um in Paris überall hinzukommen. Nelly selbst war eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Im Studio hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Paris war mal wieder definitiv eine Reise wert, wir werden wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.

We loved our stay at this place. The apartment was very modern, clean and had a great smell. Nanda was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and have everything we needed. The delicious fruit, bread and wine that she provided upon arrival was very much needed after a long travel. We really loved staying near the Eiffel Tower. We had so many activities planned near that area and it was so close to the metro to get everywhere we needed. There was a little market set up near the Eiffel Tower that you could get French crafts and food and delicious Street . There was also a bunch of restaurants on the street that you can walk up and down the street and select what restaurants you wanted and what type of food you wanted, no reservations required. Highly recommend.
