The actual host of this Tentrr location was completely unresponsive to texts or emails. I feel as if the listing is misleading and doesn't give you an exact idea of what to expect.

Pros:
The tent itself is stable and able to hold up to weather conditions.

The bed is fairly comfortable.

The view is great and the location is private.

Cons:
Since the host never responds, we couldn't locate the watering hole.

There is no sun shower at all. Even though it was cold outside, we were counting on having a shower to bathe so it was a major inconvenience.

The porta potty is a seat with a bucket underneath. It is a little bit away from the tent, but it is uncovered. You're completely exposed.

There were no deodorizing gelling solution at the camp. There is only plain potty bags which was messy and smelly to deal with.

All of the cooking equipment was rusted and unusable.

There is no extra tent to set up.

If I had known these things beforehand I would not have booked.

For primitive tent camping, this place was more than what we expected. There was a propane heater to keep you warm and toasty at night. There's room on the site for at least two more tents and four more people -you just need to let them know that when you're booking and provide your own linens, tent, etc. There was one extra tent under the bed as well as a pop-up Coleman shower to use if you were staying more than a night or two ...Plenty of extra blankets... Really the owners thought of everything that you could possibly need -bug spray, toiletries, sani wipes, air freshener, skillets for the provided Coleman stove ,plenty of firewood for the fire pit, 5 gallon jug of potable water for washing hands, dishes, etc. as well as a separate jug for drinking water...just an all-around peaceful stay on a farm surrounded by beautiful mountain side. Only piece of advice was to watch out for the falling walnuts in the autumn season-other than that 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely beautiful location on the Delaware river, and not far from town if supplies are needed. Hall, the host, was quick with response’s and had the site setup perfectly for my wife and I on arrival. Will definitely recommend to others and plan to visit again in the future.

The place is too quiet, perfect for resting, but it needs a little lighting, it’s too dark and dangerous
