On the day of arrival we didnt receive check in instructions, so when we arrived at the airport we messaged Bradford a few times with no response. Upon arriving at the condo complex we still had no response, so we wheeled our luggage to the Rancho where we knew we could get wifi and messaged again. While out there a man came over and started to chat with my husband. We were explaining that we had no response and he asked who our host was, we replied Bradford. He said well I'm Bradford, you didn't rent from me, to which I showed him my reservation. Well, as it turns out he had sold the unit and neither himself nor Airbnb notified us. This set Bradford off into a made dash to contact the new owner, who granted access. We went for dinner while Bradford went in and cleaned the unit spotless for us. This simple but well stocked unit is all about location, perfect! We can't say enough about Bradford and everything he did to ensure our vacation was not a disaster. Thank goodness he was there

Nicely equipped, quite location, communal pool, washing machine & dryer, bbq. All this in an 8 minute walk from the center of Playas Del Coco.

Recomendado!! A 1km del centro del coco, una zona muy tranquila, el lugar es muy privado, el alojamiento es perfecto, amplio y muy perfectamente equipado; volveríamos definitivamente!

This was an excellent place to spend a week, a short walk to the beach, close to very good restaurants, a little local store, everything you need close by. It was very comfortable with a well set up kitchen and a comfortable bed. The pool area was very nice and a good place to meet the rest of the people who stayed there and everyone was so friendly and inviting. We especially enjoyed having beach chairs to use at the beach. Overall we would highly recommend it.
