Expect what he says is provided. Everything was good except the wifi cut of for the second half of my trip it didn’t get fixed. Other than that everything else was good.

You cannot beat this location and view. We watched dolphins and seals off the deck and listened to the waves all night. I had looked at many apartments and this one was the best for the price range. The apartment is right on the water, so when the tide is high, you would have to walk over a bit to sit by the water, as the water comes up to the rocks under the house. We expected this, but if you aren’t aware, it could surprise you. Also, we expected the road to be busy, as the apartment is right in route 1. It’s totally doable though. Just park and pull out carefully. There is a staircase down to the water just to the left of the apartment. My kids loved to play by the water under the house. Jeff was very responsive and check-in/out was super easy. There was WiFi at the house and beach towels and chairs and boogie boards. The house was as pictured. There is no air conditioning, so it can get a little hot in the front room. Overall, we had an amazing time and would rent from Jeff again in a heartbeat!

Such a great spot and amazing location! Walking distance to moonshadows where we enjoyed an amazing dinner and right on the ocean! Beautiful views, would definitely come back!!

This place is great! The apartment is clean and roomy and the views are unbeatable! Jeff made check in and check out super easy, had beach towels and boogie boards on hand, and provides an amazing patio to simply relax. We loved it!
