David was extremely nice and responsive, absolutely no complaints as far as his hosting skills. However, the photos for this listing need to be updated. There were no knobs for the shower for hot or cold, there was a black patch in the corner of the shower, when you enter the room, there’s a strong smell of either mold or mildew that’s slightly overpowering, and there is barely any water pressure at all in the shower or bathroom sink. The A/C was good, the fridge and microwave worked (however the microwave didn’t have the glass plate that spins). This condo is only a 5min drive to the boardwalk and is a walkable distance. Over all the stay was good and the room was nice, the only things that really bothered me was the shower water pressure and the mildew smell.

Great with location and easy access to the beach city life! Great vacation stay even though it rain we had a peaceful stay.

We had such a wonderful vacation at David's place right by the beach!! Such a beautiful location close to lots of bars/restaurants. Nothing like waking up and walking straight to the ocean😊

Super flexible with the check in time. Beautiful surroundings my husband and I enjoyed our stay! 🙂
