Overall, our experience was good. Our photographer, Widiana, was easy to deal with and very accommodating with our younger kids, which made the day run smoothly. The only slight disappointment was that we didn’t get to visit Goa Raja Waterfall. We only found out on the day that two bridges had broken a few weeks ago and that the tour would go ahead without that stop. It would have been nice to be informed in advance, especially since the day before it was still confirmed as part of the itinerary. Aside from that, everything else was great - we finished the Gate of Heaven tour much earlier than expected and were back at the hotel by 1:30 pm.

10/10 highly recommend. We shared with our photographer that we needed to be back to our resort by 2 PM due to it being our departure day and he ensured that we were able to see all of our requested locations and got us back to our resort in time. He was extremely friendly and went out of his way to show his hospitality. Will definitely book again on my next visit to Bali.
