Open the yellow front door and enter a living room/kitchen combination that's got everything you need to relax comfortably after a long day riding the streetcar, strolling through Audubon Park and eating poboys and crawfish at Frankie & Johnny's. The cheery bathroom has subway tiles on the wall and penny rounds on the floor. Off season months can limit hotel amenities. Everything you need for your family is within walking distance. There is a convenient intown bus, taxi’s and Uber’s as well as village to village transportation. Dial-a-ride is available to guests staying in beaver creek. Parking is free in the Villa Montane or Ford Hall garages in the summer and off season only. Valet parking is available at the Beaver Creek Lodge for a fee payable directly to the hotel. You must check in with the front desk if you will be using Valet parking. If you are not, please proceed directly to 601, do not check in at front desk. Beaver Creek combines a unique old world charm with modern amenities. Restaurants, retail stores, an ice skating rink, and other activities are all a short walk away, while the Centennial lift and a skier bridge are within easy reach of the unit.

My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs.
