We rented this Airbnb for family visiting during the holidays, and they absolutely loved it! The unit was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spacious, offering everything they needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—convenient and welcoming!

I absolutely loved it! Mrs.Lori and her family are AMAZING! They make you feel right at home! Right down to the animals <3 I look forward to coming back. They welcomed us with opened arms! Even the goats and the chickens! We loved Kabob and Soup (their goats), we are a little sad we didn’t get to witness the birth of her new goat baby lol but I’m sure it’s going to be amazing!! I pray nothing but blessings on you and your family! Thank you for making us feel like one of your very own <3

Definitely a private, tranquil little place. Minimalistic in a good way. Tucked away on a private road with little to no traffic. Was an absolutely relaxing stay. Jennifer has thought of everything you could have possibly forgot, from phone chargers to cooking spices to shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. A few friendly dogs that like to say high every now and then with some barks! 10 out of 10! We loved it and would absolutely recommend a stay here for a couple of adults. We dont have kids but I'd imagine there wouldnt be enough room for more than 2 adults.

We loved the location of this condo. It was very convenient to the areas we were visiting. Very simple to check-in and it provided easy parking. The condo was updated and very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

My entire family enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Kids did not want to leave! Laura and Luis were quick with answering any questions and were very friendly and understanding. The home was clean and plenty of clean towels and linen. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

Place was great for the group we had. There were 3 bathrooms for everyone to get ready which was great and helped us with being on time for our events.

Visited Matthews for St Patrick weekend and found this house to be in a great location. The house itself had everything we needed. It was nicely laid out and had appeared to be recently updated. The linens and the beds exceeded our expectations. They were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this Airbnb

Very spacious accommodations with a vast yard which was great for our two young grandchildren, who were staying with us for a family event. The house was very clean & Shailendra was responsive to the few issues that came up. I would recommend for a family with small children.

I stayed here for my birthday and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, there was a thoughtful birthday surprise waiting for me—such a sweet touch. The space is even more beautiful in person; the photos truly don’t do it justice. It was cozy, warm, and felt like a perfect little escape. It felt like a 5 star hotel! I was initially concerned about the tenants below, but we honestly didn’t notice them at all—it was quiet and private throughout our stay. Jackie was also incredibly friendly, responsive and provided clear instructions, which made the experience even better. I would absolutely rent here again!

Edward is a great host. His instructions were clear. His responses were timely and welcoming. This house was one of the cleanest homes my family visited. The amenities were accurate. I would recommend Edward's house to anyone visiting the area.

My wife and me and our German shepherd came to Charlotte so my wife could recover from surgery. Daniel was super nice and responsive with all communications, and the house had everything we needed. We couldn't tell this from the photos but the backyard is fenced (great for our dog) and comes right up to the four-mile greenway, which is beautiful and fun to watch as people walk by. The peaceful setting was helpful to my wife's recovery. The space is all on one floor, which was ideal for us. The house was very clean and it was easy to get in and out. Maybe best of all is the Pit Boss, which let me indulge my love of smoking meats. Overall we had a great experience, I can recommend this location highly.

We stayed 4 nights in this lovely home. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful design and color scheme. Perfect for our needs while visiting relatives in the area. Just the right touches, uncluttered, peaceful, visually appealing without distractions. The backyard feels private, the trees in the back created a park like visual. Quiet, safe, close to grocery stores, Target, helpful stores. Host extremely responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The rental was absolutely perfect for my visit. Super low key and quiet. Very accessible to downtown. I will definitely use the place again in the future, whenever I visit Charlotte again.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

Close to all the great neighborhoods in Charlotte. Walking distance to coffee, breakfast, etc on E 7th or Providence Rd.. Bed sleeps hot and lical construction started early. Next time bringing dogs!
