Veličina cijele vile je 220 metara kvadratnih te raspolaže sa velikom terasom za sunčanje i balkonima u gornjim sobama. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The holiday home for 6 people on 100 square meters is spread over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with a private bathroom. On the second floor, there is one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, along with a bathroom in the hallway. All rooms are air-conditioned.
