Udine: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli in questo appartamento. La casa è tranquilla, curata nei dettagli e perfettamente pulita. Cristina, la proprietaria, è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Ottima anche la posizione: facile raggiungere le principali attrazioni sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. Consigliato a chi cerca relax senza rinunciare alla comodità di spostarsi facilmente!

The location of the flat is amazing! We felt cozy and at home very very quickly. The flat is very spacious, was super clean and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. But most of all, Donatella is such a kind and friendly host, that really made the difference ❤️ thank you!

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

We stayed 5 nights at Erica's with 2 children. Very quiet, friendly area, close to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean. Spacious nice terrace where it was nice to have breakfast, bunk beds and toys for the kids, super parking space for the car, and bicycles which we were happy to use. Erika is very nice and helpful, her apartment video is great! All in all a very ideal and pleasant place to stay!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend oberhalb vom Bahnhof. Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick zum Meer. Öffentlich sehr gut angebunden; das Zentrum ist aber auch zu Fuß in 30 min zu erreichen. Luca ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommend Gastgeber, der auf die Wünsche seiner Gäste gerne eingeht. Die Wohnung war blitzblank und es gab ausreichend Platz für 7 Erwachsene. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Triest.

Grazie a Michela abbiamo passato tre giorni come a casa nostra. La possibilità di prepararsi la colazione in autonomia e consumare la stessa nel piccolo e curato giardino antistante la casa è stato il valore aggiunto alla vacanza. Struttura nuovissima in un condominio silenzioso e sicuro. A poche centinaia di metri si è già sulla riva in centro. Michela è sempre stata disponibile.

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung super wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Ich komme seit 16 Jahren nach Grado und genieße die Zeit jedes Mal. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit den 2 Geschossen und Balkonen auch sehr komfortabel.

Die Wohnung von Barbara ist super schön, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Barbara steht auch immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gibt super Tipps. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Ich war für 2 Übernachtungen in Giorgios Unterkunft und kann sie wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist sauber, ruhig, super gelegen und man gelangt von dort sehr leicht zu Fuß oder per Bus überall hin. Auch wenn sie nicht meinem persönlichen Einrichtungsstil entspricht, so ist sie wirklich prima. Besonders habe ich mich über die Möglichkeit gefreut, ein Fahrrad nutzen zu können. In die Altstadt läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, zum Bahnhof fährt ein Bus in 10 Minuten. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne kleine Reise nach Udine. Ich möchte auch noch ausdrücklich die super Erreichbarkeit von Giorgio und Irene hervorheben. Wir hatten eine kleine technische Herausforderung mit dem einen Fahrrad, und Irene kam in 10 Minuten mit dem nötigen Werkzeug - und das an einem Sonntag. Ich fand es zudem sehr schön, morgens im Garten sitzen zu können und den wirklich gesangstarken Vögeln zuzuhören. :) Klare Empfehlung.

We had a wonderful stay in Trieste. The apartment was creatively decorated in a perfect location overlooking the canal. We had plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. Antonella was friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely experience!

Monica molto disponibile e presente. Appartamento pulito e perfetto sia per un soggiorno breve che per una vacanza più lunga.

La gentilezza dell host e dei suoi familiari è davvero top, abbiamo avuto un problema con l'orario di arrivo ma la loro disponibilità ha risolto il nostro piccolo disguido sul nascere. Appartamento situato a 2 passi da centro, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort proprio come da descrizione, praticamente ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Unica pecca, se così si puo definire, è la mancanza di ascensore ma essendo al 1° piano per noi nessun problema. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Albina è una superhost, disponibile e davvero simpatica. Ci ha accolto appena arrivati. L’appartamento è davvero spazioso, ben organizzato, pulito e ha tutto quello che serve (ci ha lasciato cioccolatini, latte, caffè, succo, acqua e anche del vino). Il parcheggio è vicinissimo e gratuito. La posizione è perfetta, ideale per esplorare la Slovenia (Capo d'Istria, Pirano, Portorose, le grotte di Postumia…) ma anche Trieste e i dintorni. E in più, ci ha offerto la colazione nel loro bar! Super consigliato!

Perfektes Airbnb für einen Strandurlaub. Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt an einem großen Platz (könnte daher Abends lauter werden ist aber ab 23:30 spätestens ruhig (bis auf die Wasserfontänen). Dies war für uns aber zu keiner Zeit ein Problem, wir konnten trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Giovanni antwortet immer sehr schnell und gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung (Pizzeria gegenüber der Anlage mit den besten Pizzen). Zum Strand sind es ca 5-10min zu Fuß. Dort hatten wir 2 Liegen für eine Woche inklusive.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Edoardo e Gabriele per un weekend a fine stagione. La casa pulitissima come poche viste finora e la cosa più bella è entrare e trovare un appartamento arredato con gusto e che profuma di pulito. I proprietari molto disponibili e cordiali. Un plus non da poco la piscina comune. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Ottima posizione, appartamento confortevole e spazioso con tutto il necessario. Rilassante vista sulla laguna dal terrazzo. Completamene soddisfatti.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
