Drive into your private campsite immediately you will hear the sounds of a babbling creek, by giant rhododendrons under magnificent hemlocks and oaks--a truly natural and relaxing experience. Campers can enjoy a short hike to our private waterfall with a swimming hole. This site is surrounded by over 400 privately owned acres of natural forests with several miles of marked trails. The campsite is adjoined by over 8,000 acres of public land.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Come experience luxury camping at it's finest in rural Pennsylvania. A 38' luxury travel trailer set near Little Roaring Creek is as peaceful as it gets. The camper has all the accommodations of home with a spacious sized living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Outdoors guest have access to their own fire pit, picnic table & both gas/charcoal grills which is all in close proximity to the creek. Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
