The Artist is our smallest and cosiest cottage, ideal for up to 2 guests. It is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and a few steps away from the stream which runs through the farm. All cottages and the common dining room have wifi, 24/7 hot water and power back up. We are accessible by car and there is parking on the farm. Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.

Illi Villa, M3homes Farmhouse

Illi Villa, M3 Homes Farm House is a spacious Cottage located inside Mundanattu Farms which is an organically maintained spices farm situated close to Kunchithanny township 14 kms from Munnar Centre. It is under the shades of tall trees, and surrounded by coffee, Cocoa, pepper, cardamom, tamarind and other fruit trees.This property is located near Kunchithanny township which is on the banks of Muthirappuzha River and is only 14 kms from Munnar centre.

Fernhill Cottage

Fernhill Cottage, was originally built as a holiday home for the owners, Dr George Paul and his wife Dr. Bini George. The house was inspired by the model of old English cottages of Yercaud built in the early 20th century. The house is built out of rough hewn granite stones furnished with a modern kitchen and toilets. The house has a wooden loft accessed by a spiral staircase and can be used as a bedroom/ recreational area.
