Espanha: aluguel por temporada com varanda

Spacious apartment in a great neighborhood near lots of shops, restaurants and major tourist destinations. We really appreciated the breakfast that Maria left us. We highly recommend this apartment.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour avec mes enfants chez Eli & Agus. Le logement est très agréable à deux pas de la Sagrada Familia (et avec vue depuis le petit balcon) et non loin du centre de Barcelone. Nous avons fait de nombreuses choses à pieds et avons pris le métro, très proche, pour aller plus loin. Parmi les suggestions à disposition dans l'appartement, je recommande à 200% le restaurant K.Serol à quelques pas... un vrai régal ! Merci pour ce séjour parfait :-)

My husband and I rented this apartment for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage! Check in was surprisingly smooth considering we arrived during the massive blackout. The hosts were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. The apartment was clean, beautiful and comfortable. It was the perfect location to explore Barcelona and all of it's delicious restaurants. The hosts gave a lot of recommendations for restaurants and tips for navigating the city. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Location was perfect. Close to everything, restaurants, attractions and beach. The property was spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The only thing was that we had to walk up the hill and stairs as the property was on top of hill. It is something to note if you are not so fit. Other than that, everything was great.

We stayed for 3 nights and will book again. Any questions we had were answered before we arrived. Apartment is in a residential area of Barcelona, elevator takes you up to the unit. Phil and Fiona met us there when we arrived and showed us how everything works. The units was fully equipped with everything you need. Kitchen has all the pots and pans, coffee, sugar, etc. Great balcony that we would sit every day and look at the sites. Unit was very clean. We would have not problem staying there again.

O apartamento é excelente e nos acomodou muito bem (5 pessoas). Está como novo. O terraço é um charme à parte e bastante funcional para as refeições. A localização é muito boa. Não tivemos qualquer intercorência em nossa estadia e a comunicação foi sempre rápida, clara e cortêz. Chegamos um pouco antes e puderam nos receber, o que facilitou muito em nossa chegada. A indicação do local para deixar as malas nos arredores após o checkout também foi muito útil e com ótimo serviço. Perfeito.

The apartment was perfect for our family—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to get downtown and anywhere else we wanted to go. Despite the great location, the neighborhood was wonderfully peaceful, giving us a relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!

Great location, 5minute walk to the beach, the old town, and the lift to the castle. 10minute walk to the centre of the city. Excellent kitchen facilities. Lovely bakery, butcher and fruit and veg shop beside the apartments. Very easy check in and check out process. Sonia was very helpful with local knowledge and booking a taxi, it was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this charming countryside house in Spain. The house itself is beautiful, decorated in a traditional style that made it feel very warm and homely. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying meals together, surrounded by peaceful nature. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool due to the weather, but it looked very inviting and well-maintained. The neighborhood was extremely calm and quiet — we barely saw anyone around, which made it a perfect escape. The only downside was that the house is located right next to a church with a bell that rings every hour, including during the night. This might be disruptive for light sleepers. Aside from that, everything was great. Alex was a fantastic host — very friendly and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and I would come back!! Thank you Alex

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

La casa es amplia, muy luminosa y se han esmerado mucho en la decoración. Limpieza excelente tanto en interior como en el jardín. Zona muy tranquila. Además de todos los servicios necesarios, destaca el gusto por el arte de sus propietarios presente en toda la casa. Muy recomendable.

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Great property! Lots more space than the photos in fact, large outside area, big bedrooms and fully stoked kitchen. It is a little isolated so best to have a car or find local taxi companies (Manuel recommeded some). A bit of late night noise from all the dogs in the local area! But the surroundings are so beautiful and close to the cava region!

The accommodation was beautiful, charming and full of character, and very close to all amenities.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

The apartment was so comfy, looked exactly like the photos clean and cozy, the location was perfect, in the Heart of the town and Laia was an amazing host, very attentive and responsive. I will stay again here.

Ons verblijf in Barcelona was geweldig! Het appartement was schoon, stijlvol ingericht en had alles wat we nodig hadden. De ligging was perfect – op loopafstand van de Ramblas, leuke cafés en restaurants. Ana was erg vriendelijk en reageerde snel op berichten. We voelden ons direct welkom en thuis. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die Barcelona wil verkennen. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Four of us arrived early from a cruise and Carmen stored our luggage while we explored Barcelona until check-in. Carmen was very friendly and professional, gave us good information on restaurants locally. Claudio's apartment was very clean, large and comfortable. Very close to everything. We would stay again.

Great and safe location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. Alejandro was very responsive, and the video instructions for how to locate and access the rental were perfect. Rental was clean and matched the description and pictures. My family and I would definitely consider this location again.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad. Zeer ruim appartement met een magnifiek zicht op de zee. De terrassen zijn ook zalig om te vertoeven!

We were met by a kind & knowledgeable Anna, which helped our week begin on a high note. The apartment was in a safe, quiet, and family friendly neighborhood. It was very close to the metro, shops, restaurants and everything needed for immersion into the culture of Barcelona. It was an excellent fit for my husband & I. Much thanks for a wonderful stay!

Andres was an excellent host and has a wonderful apartment centrally located in Barcelona within walking a few minutes of La Sagrada Familia. He was extremely helpful and responsive during the unfortunate Black out power outage all across Spain in April 2025. We were stuck in Madrid and had to arrive a day late, he was very flexible and accommodating by the time we got there. In a crisis situation, he responded and provided advice to us since it was our first time in Spain. The apartment was very clean, a great getaway location for a family or just two people. This was one of the best air bnb experiences we’ve ever had!! Highly recommend his place if you are looking to be surrounded by the Barcelona culture!
