Located within walking distance of Melbourne’s arenas and stadiums made this lovely wee apartment a great option for my 3-day stay to attend a concert at Rod Laver Arena. I found it to be clean and tidy with great amenities, easy access to public transport, and surrounded by quality coffee and eateries. Communication was great and access to the building was hassle free. Would highly recommend it for your next stay in Melbourne!

Fantastic, easily accessible apartment. Weekend with the grandchildren, enabling them to attend AFL match; shop @ DFO and enjoy Queen Victoria Market. In between, they were able to enjoy all that Henfry's apartment had to offer. Top of the list was the gym, sauna and pool. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Gary’s place in Middle Park is clean, spacious, full of natural light, and very homey. It kind of transports you into feeling like a local. It’s nicely located a mere block from Middle Park Beach, and like 1 block from major public transport pick ups. You can easily head down to the beach and nicely stroll to St Kilda or catch public transport to CBD, etc. Gary provides a Miki card, which takes that extra step out of the way - very nice touch. And the recommendations he provides - the guide book they offer is as well put together and thought out for all kinds of travelers. It came in super handy. They even offer up bikes for use! The communication in advance was super thorough, making accessing the place, and getting ready to check out a breeze. The place itself is lovely, and if it wasn’t raining, would have taken more advantage of the patio with a nice view of the MLB skyline, and peek of the beach. All in all a great stay, great host, and highly, highly recommend. Perfect place.

Had a fantastic stay at Hayley's place, the space was clean, cozy and as described. Hayley was thoughtful and responsive and made sure everything went smoothly for our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Tom’s. The apartment was lovely and comfortable (very soft beds) and the location is great - right in the middle of everything, close walk to all foods and things but still very quiet and peaceful when you’re inside the apartment. Tom was super helpful and responsive, especially appreciated the local recommendations. Would stay again!

had a great stay at fletchs place. was in a good location and had basement parking which was very convenient. lots of great food places nearby too. the apartment was clean and cozy. bed and sofa was super comfy. TV with YouTube and Netflix were a plus too! we had an issue with the hot water cylinder smelling and he came and fixed it asap and was very responsive to our issue. Will stay here again if I'm back in melbourne!

A perfect spot for our weekend exploring the city. Great location-easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, tram and train. Super comfortable and great hosts.

Great little multi level 3 bedroom house, in a quiet tree lined street, very close to shops and transport. Very clean and well appointed with excellent linen and towels. Perfect location for visiting Melbourne. We had a great time. Thanks Jane. Estelle x

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3-bedroom apartment. The view of the Melbourne city skyline through the big corner windows was amazing. The space had a calm and stylish feel with a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian design. We especially loved the hidden balcony off one of the bedrooms—perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The location was great, just across from Queen Victoria Market and in the free tram zone, so it was easy to get around. The owner made the whole process extremely easy, and check-in was simple with the keys just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the building’s great facilities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and secure parking. It really felt like a home away from home. Would happily stay again!

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment was a great size, very beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and rooftop garden - what a view! The location was perfect for us and Ikigai was a very helpful and attentive host. This apartment really made our Melbourne stay perfect!

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location with amenities (Netflix, gym, pool, spa and parking) and sweet thoughtful touches. Sarah and Shaun were proactive in their communication and were very helpful. We look forward to staying again for our next trip to Melbourne.

very cozy place, the parking is very convenient, a supermarket is just walking distance. will definitely recommend and will choose to stay here again when i visit point cook again.

We collected the key from the cleaners property. James place is situated next to the Yarra river with plenty of walks with lots to see and really great places to eat, some with views of the river. We were lucky as the comedy festival was on and access to the city was easy with the myki card which we topped up at the train stations Will definitely stay again next year.

Lovely apartment, easy to get around Melbourne
