AMAZING!!!! I’m not even sure where to start. There were so many wonderful things about Ruse Estate.. i’m not even sure where to start.I could only describe it as Australian Tuscany. Surrounded by beautiful rolling vineyards. So quiet, you could hear a pin drop except for the kookaburra’s and various species of parrots singing in the background!!! if you’re looking for a quiet, unique stay, a little off the beaten path… This is the place for you!! We arrived with an early check-in that helped us out tremendously as we got there a little early. We had a wrench thrown into our weekend with some car trouble, Karen went above and beyond her host duties, and even called a personal friend to help us out, which we were able to fix and go on with our weekend! The Airbnb itself was modern and very clean, Big beautiful TV.. very comfortable bed, and we were delighted by the welcoming of freshly made sourdough bread made by Karen herself and a local bottle of wine!! Highly recommend!!! 100/10!💕

Great cosy home right in M.R. Private and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen pantry! Nice river walk right behind property. We'd go back in a heart beat! walkable to main street for restaurants and shops, but in a quiet alcove amongst the trees. Loved it

A stunning scenic view, with a beautiful house to appreciate it from. Close to the many great places to go and shop or eat. Great contact from the host prior to arrival. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Margaret River

I really enjoyed staying at Nixie's Place, it was very close to town and some lovely walking tracks. The studio and sweet garden area was as described, and it was lovely to wake up to all the bird sounds in the morning. Perfect for a solo traveller! Nicole was very responsive and communicated clearly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing 5 day stay with our kids and dog. Beautiful, private and peaceful setting. We enjoyed the walking paths, hard to believe there were other cottages nearby - so cleverly designed for maximum privacy. Nice and warm & cosy on our 1 wet day, listening to the rain through the trees. We also get much appreciated taking the kayaks & canoe out on the lake. The information kiosk was a fun daily activity for the kids to change DVDs. Highly recommended staying here, comfy and impeccably clean. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing stay. We got to watch the calf’s be fed and walked around to see the animals. Very friendly house cats and chickens. Would recommend this stay! Kristy was super nice and friendly

It was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever experienced. The place was gorgeous and spotless, making us feel right at home. The fresh linen provided a great night's sleep, and they even accommodate dogs, which was fantastic for our 6-month-old Cavoodle pup. The living space and one bedroom open up to a charming garden bordering a stream. The property is fenced with a wired mesh. The house was well-equipped and impeccable. The location was brilliant, with Margaret River activities just 10 minutes away, including the lake and Mammoth Cave. The host was fantastic. On the day we arrived, it rained heavily, and we had to cancel some outdoor activities. I messaged the host to ask if we could check in early, and they kindly allowed us access 45 minutes before the check-in time! We hope to come back again soon. Highly recommended!
