Guests can enjoy a scenic half-hour walk to a nearby hills with stunning views of the sea and the Alps. The famous Goriška Brda wine region is just minutes away, offering excellent wineries, wine tastings, restaurants, and traditional taverns. Popular attractions are also Lipizzaner horses, Postojna cave and thanks to the prime border location, day trips to Venice, Trieste and Udine.

De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Siamo vicini al confine con la Slovenia dove possibile trascorrere orette di svago e relax nei due casino situati a Nova Gorica. Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.

The house features an air conditioning system, which, together with the heating, keeps it pleasantly warm in winter and cool in summer.
