This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

The second of Cristina's places we've stayed in in Horley and this one was just as clean, well-presented and homely as the first. The apartment is walking distance to Gatwick, a minute from a lovely little park and convenient for Horley station and shops. Water pressure in the shower was very variable but nothing anyone could do to change this, plus it's the UK where this is pretty common! A lovely place and highly recommended.

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Toms place was absolutely perfect! The interior was gorgeous and instantly felt right at home. Great location and easy to walk to the best spots both in Brighton and Hove. Clean and cosy. Tom was great with communication and would recommend to anyone. A few tiny bits of maintenance would take this place to the next level. But absolutely loved our stay and would come again 🫶

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auch ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Natalie hatte einen Grundstock an Kaffee und Milch bereitgestellt. Das war super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Viele Restaurants und Cafes sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Auch einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt in der Nähe. Und zum Meer sind es maximal fünf Minuten zu Fuss. Alles in der Wohnung war sauber und die Einrichtung in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Wir fanden die Wohnung auch nicht laut. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Wir haben den Wagen deshalb im Parkhaus in der Norton Road geparkt. Das war sind immerhin gut 20 Minuten zu Fuss und es ist auch nicht billig. Wir empfehlen unbedingt die PayByPhone-App. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
