Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is right in the heart of downtown, so close to everything. There are bars and restaurants walkable. Everything was pristine in terms of cleanliness, and just like the pictures. Host communicated proactively with very detailed check in and parking information. Parking includes two spots in a deck directly across the stress from the apartment. In the main living space there is street noise below by the nature of being in downtown, but the bedroom area is in the back of the unit away from the street and was completely silent for sleeping. The unit is large and open concept, so we felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. We will definitely return!

Jodi has been nothing but a great host and the place is in a great location right next to all the shops and bars! And only a 2 mins from the beach! Parking is tight! But there is space! Room is great but the bar next door can be loud at time but if you have the A/C on and tv you can barely hear it, all and all this place was great! Would definitely visit again!

This apartment was conveniently located a few blocks from Forsyth Park. The inside was very clean and modern. I loved the tall ceilings. Mayra was very responsive when I reached out to her. Street parking was always available. Nice place!

This was my maiden voyage with Airbnb and it was outstanding. I was a little awkward at first with receiving communications in a moving car and unable to remember logins and passwords, but it all worked out beautifully. Huge thanks for making our time at Hilton Head Island memorable!

Stacy’s basement studio was the perfect spot for our visit to Augusta. It is located in a nice neighborhood, close to major highways, and is private and peaceful. We found it cosy and clean, with everything we needed.

We had a great trip to Charleston, SC. Such a walkable location. Made it so easy to have a terrific time. We went to Shem Creek for the day, so close. Perfect mini vaca spot, hope to go back again.

We stayed in the downstairs 2 bedroom unit A. The property is located not too far North from downtown taking approx 20-30 min to walk to the historical district. There is a small convenience store a block away and a very popular bagel / coffee shop right next door. Holey Bagels. This old home has been renovated with pretty colors, the kitchen and bathroom seemed new as well as the decor. As with any old home it has its quirks but it’s part of the Charleston Charm. The amenities provided are really nice, popcorn, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods to name the basics but the attention to details like, q tips, cotton pads & ear plugs are what sets an airbnb apart and the details are all there at Rutledge Retreat. It is important to note that one of the bedrooms is on the street and can be quite noisy even at night, with the traffic stopping at the red light and the fire trucks going by, the provided earplugs came in handy.

We loved our stay at Robert’s. The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious, and the easy parking was a definite plus. The beautiful linens on the comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. Having laundry facilities and air conditioning were huge bonuses as well. We highly recommend Robert’s place and would definitely return!

Extremely clean and cozy. It is small but not cramped. It is a second story apartment with narrow stairs, which was fine for us but I didn’t realize that it was upstairs when I rented. It was well stocked, he even left us a bag of ice which was really nice. I have been to Charleston before but never stayed in the city, so it was interesting to see how people live there. Very narrow streets, realizing that these streets were built in the 1800’s and originally designed for horse and carriage. Large vehicles would have been difficult to maneuver. I truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it to others who are not handicapped

This was located within walking distance of the beach but far enough away from the busy areas. The house itself was very nice and everything worked well. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was absolutely stunning, the interior design was top notch, and that is an understatement. By far the most beautiful home I have ever seen, and it was organized and spotless upon arrival. Very much worth every dime I paid. Kerim is an amazing host, he’s responsive, very kind, and polite. I will definitely be staying again!

The house, scenery, and folks were amazing! From the decor and well thought out art to the quick and kind responses from the hosts, we were beyond satisfied! Would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

This is a wonderful spot to decompress and really take in Savannah. Take a day to explore and then enjoy the hot tub, listening to music. We loved our stay.

Polite hosts who communicate promptly - Great neighborhood to walk around, peaceful house and backyard, Jacuzzi is well kept and enjoyed my stay .

Very central to Helen, just walk out of the door and Town is a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet in the evenings.

We loved our weekend at the Jungalow! We enjoyed the amazing steam shower, cozy fireplace, and as a special treat saw dolphins swim near the dock in the morning. Such a vibe! Though this wasn't a fully private apartment as the space is connected to the house above with shared space in the backyard and dock, the owner and their guests were friendly and quiet at night. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and would happily return.

We LOVED our stay! The walkability is unmatched. Everything you'd want to see/for is right outside your door. The condo is unreal! I though we'd never use the elevator, but it came in handy almost immediately taking groceries and luggage from floor to floor. The place was spotless and Monica and Stephen are exceptional hosts with outstanding communication. You can tell they're committed to ensuring you have a great stay. We'll definitely be back!
