Our historic Saratoga home is located in the desirable West Side near the Beekman Street Arts District, less than one mile to Broadway and all that Saratoga's downtown has to offer. It is an easy walk or bike ride to SPAC and the Saratoga State Park. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 10-12 guests. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio and fireplace, and large fenced in yard and gardens. Close to Lake George and the Adirondacks, the Saratoga Train and Bus Station.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Beautiful sunny carriage house on Saratoga's historic east side,with brick floors on the first floor, 4 skylight windows on the second floor . Stained glass windows, tons of wonderful character. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!
