I had a most amazing family trip at Pamela’s house. Not only was everything in pristine condition, but it was exactly what I had hoped for in every way. Endless amenities; close access to the beach, the dock was serene and lovely, we enjoyed the hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, pool, hammocks, ping pong. There was nothing I could ask to be different or change and Pamela was so easy to work with as a hostess.

We stayed 7 weeks and felt right at home from the minute we opened the front door. Communication was immediate and courteous. And we texted even before our arrival, so NO surprises. Very well stocked (towels etc) with plenty of starter supplies. Both bathes stocked (shampoo, conditioners & body wash). Laundry products, t-paper, after sun, band-aids, 1st aid etc. Nice blender that I used daily for my smoothies. Beds and furniture very comfortable and clean. Best home away from home for us! Such a cute little place. Perfect stay for my wife and me, our two kids (3.5 and 1.5), and my mom. Easy, easy walk down to the beach. The kids loved it. Cute little outdoor space. Kids enjoyed the hammock out front. Quiet and peaceful little street, with live music and eateries just a block over. Great stay and would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area. Grant was super proactive in reaching out to us before we arrived and making sure we settled in easily.

I really enjoyed the place, took a spring break trip with my friends, very cozy house with a nice layout by the pool to enjoy the weather without having to go to the beach! I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends! Also located 2 minutes from a shopping plaza making grocery trips easy.

What a beautiful home! It had all the comforts and convenience of being home. Jane was very responsive to any questions we had.

This home is beautiful and was extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you need. We used the grill quite a bit and it was a really nice, clean grill. Washer and dryer looked new and so did the huge sectional couch in the living room. We really appreciated the colorful towels instead of the dingy white "hotel" towels you find in most Airbnb's. The beds were very comfortable and rooms had nice size closets. The master bedroom could use a dresser as there wasn't anywhere to set anything or put your clothes in drawers. Outside is a big lanai that you go right from the home into. The pool was great! It was so warm while we were there we only turned on the pool heater a couple of times. Backyard is very private with a tall privacy fence enclosing the entire yard. My Labrador Retriever loved it! The Peloton bike in the garage was a bonus for my friend who used it almost everyday! Neighborhood very nice and quiet. Close to groceries, Walmart, shopping and tons of restaurants. Great place!

This cozy house had all the amenities of "home." This was a nice relaxing spot to relax and enjoy especially after the stress and hardwork of selling & packing up your house. My family really enjoyed some down time in this more than big enough house for us. I loved how the floorplan was so open with all the main living areas flowing together. This newer & modern house has everything you need to cook a nice meal or if you choose there are so many restaurants and stores nearby. The host is also very responsive and understanding. My dog enjoyed walks around the quiet neighborhood. The comfortable king mattress was Heaven. Hard to get out of it 😊. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a place that feels more like a home than a hotel. Oh, and I found out while there that it will soon have a fenced-in yard! So, perfect for the furbabies to enjoy. I only wished my stay-dates were during the fence-time. All-in-all, my family enjoyed this house and are happy with our stay here 🙂

This home was perfect for our group. The house was very nice, with plenty of space. Aling was great at communicating. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I stayed at Brent’s kind of last minute and I’m so glad I did. It was so vibrant, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beyond cute! The bnb was probably one of the most well stocked bnb’s I’ve been in. The fridge had an amazing assortment of beverages. There were snacks galore, games, and even an arcade with even more games. Brent was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! He was so kind, knowledgeable of the area, and so helpful. If you are considering staying at Brent’s, book now. You will not regret it. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is as advertised. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Appreciated the refrigerator had plenty of ice and some fixings for breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to downtown. We will be back.

Very nice little place to stay. Perfect for me and my pup. The fenced in yard was great!! Very clean and orderly. The bed was comfy and had all the listed amenities. It was cool at night 65 degrees or less so the temp was fine in the stay but there is no temperature control in the apartment. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom but no AC or heat control. Just be aware of this if you book but I was never uncomfortable. The area was very peaceful in a neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

This was my first Airbnb stay. Great place and location. It is close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the Tampa area.

Samanthas place was perfect. One of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Had everything I needed.

Jeanne, Robert and Wes treated me like I was a part of their family. I’ve never rented a room before but this was the best experience I’ve had with AirBnB. They invited me for multiple meals in the home. They took me out to dinner one night for my birthday and got me a little gift bag out of the kindness of their souls. The pool and hot tub were top notch. At times I just laid out back and listened to the waterfall meeting the highest level of relaxation. This was the trip I needed for an escape from the stress and busy life of work in my hometown. If I could rate my experience higher than 5 Stars I absolutely would. I plan to come back with my partner later on to enjoy the company and room that the Bolton’s provided. 10/10 room rental experience; if you are second guessing on booking a room don’t do it. Just book it; the family will provide a privacy screen and the privacy you want as needed. Thank you all for the experience it was everything and more!!! -Sean :)

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was adorable, bathroom was clean- loved the rain fall shower head! Breakfast was out the next morning by the time we asked and it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, in walking distance Publix. Would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone staying in the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

Diane's hospitality is an 11 out of 10... don't pass up on breakfast and just sit an enjoy the company, the birds, and the view! We were only in the area for a one-night stay but were able to enjoy two local restaurants and grab a coffee from a local coffee shop before heading to our next destination. Our next visit to Matlacha will be a longer stay!

Great location and setting. The breakfasts were a bonus and yummy! I will definitely stay again when in St. Pete’s . 🌝

Tenille accommodated me in spite of the last min request. She was super friendly and the room was a dream. She had a goodie basket and was an amazing host. I highly recommend staying at her place

Found this wonderful place at a last minute! So wonderful! What a blessing. Place was well thought out, very accommodating for any sort of needs. Very dog friendly. Hosts (as well as other guests) were very sweet and and really enjoyed getting to chat at breakfast with all. Breakfast was always warm, delicious and wonderful. Wonderful homemade rolls every day. Great way to start your day. Very close to the beach as well.

I recommend this house! 💯 The house is so clean and it looks like a movie house to me 😍 The room is painted so beautiful and it's very spacious. I really like the natural light beside the regular light. The kitchen has all I needed and more, the microwave is so cute. I enjoyed the ice fridge and water it was so convenient. The neighborhood is safe and the location is good. I went to Dunedin & Clearwater from this location, so much to do and the public transportation is good and reliable. I didn't have time to eat their breakfast but maybe next time I will. The ubers aren't so expensive to go to downtown Saint Petersburg, I really like this house. It has a balcony which I loved 😍 I am grateful for the beautiful services that they offered in this house. Thank you so much!!!
