Santo Stefano al Mare: aluguel por temporada com área externa

L'appartamento si trova in aperta campagna in ambiente collinare. La casa è nuova o ristrutturata di recente, molto pulita e ben tenuta. L'arredamento è scelto con gusto e di ottima qualità. Molto belli i mobili in legno massiccio della zona giorno. Tutte le stanze sono molto spaziose. Bagno e cucina sono ben forniti. Ivan è molto gentile e accogliente. Inoltre è disponibile per fornire consigli sulla zona e per chiarire qualsiasi dubbio. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Logement très spacieux et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Terrasse avec jacuzzi agréable. Plancha et barbecue à disposition. Notre hôte est aux petits soins et très réactive. Le logement était très propre. Situé dans les hauteurs de Menton ce qui évite l’agitation du centre-ville mais proche de l’autoroute que l’on entend sur la terrasse. Par contre aucun bruit dans le logement qui est très calme.

Es war unser zweiter Besuch. Wir haben die schnellen Antworten auf Anfragen von uns sehr geschätzt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die netten Willkommen- und Abschiedsgesten.

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Heerlijk huisje met een fantastisch uitzicht. Bij aankomst werden we opgehaald op een afgesproken makkelijk te vinden plaats zodat we niet hoefden te zoeken. Lieve enthousiaste verhuurders. We komen hier graag nog een keer terug

We have travelled often and Cécile’s place checked all the boxes we are looking for. Great location, all the essentials were included, balcony with a water view, great setup, easy, secure and comfortable!

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Veros Flat ist sehr kreativ eingerichtet mit vielen wunderschönen Möbeln, einem Traumbalkon , tollem Garten und eine superlebendige Küche, für Grossfamilien ideal, unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Excellent séjour. Appartement très pratique, en plein centre ville, mais bien isolé phoniquement. Grande terrasse ensoleillée. Chambres et literie de qualité. Cuisine/salon et salle de bains bien équipées. Idéal pour visiter SanRemo

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Rosa a Mentone e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dai supermercati, dal mercato di Mentone e da tutti i servizi. La vista mare è splendida e la spiaggia si trova proprio sotto casa! L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione: spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, come macchina Nespresso, tostapane, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ombrellone e sdraio per la spiaggia. Noi eravamo in tre ed è stato perfetto. Molto comodo anche il garage (a pagamento) situato proprio sotto l’appartamento, una vera rarità a Mentone dove trovare parcheggio non è facile! In più c’è anche la TV con Netflix e il Wi-Fi veloce. Rosa è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e veloce nel rispondere. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per un soggiorno comodo e rilassante a Mentone!

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

Wij hebben onlangs in het appartement Chill&Hill verbleven en het was een fantastische. Het appartement was prachtig, schoon en netjes. De bedden waren heerlijk comfortabel, wat zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. Het zwembad was heerlijk en perfect om in te ontspannen. Viki was ontzettend vriendelijk en stond altijd klaar om te helpen. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en zouden het zeker aanraden aan anderen!

Accueil très chaleureux de Paola et excellente communication avec elle. Pour l arrivée, elle vient même nous récupérer à l emplacement du stationnement pour nous aider avec les bagages. C est une très belle maison familiale avec un joli jardin ! Taggia est accessible à pied depuis la maison. A visiter impérativement : Le couvent dominicain.

De communicatie met Dominik verliep erg goed en duidelijk. Het verblijf is zoals beschreven en de ligging is perfect. Op een kleine 10 minuten ben je te voet in in het centrum van Menton. De ligging is zeer rustig met een magnifiek uitzicht over Menton en de baai. De parking is een enorme meerwaarde net zoals de nieuwe airconditioning. Zeker het vermelden waard is het goede bed. Dominik en Michaella zijn erg aangename hosten die alles in het werk stellen om je een aangenaam verblijf te waarborgen. Super bedankt voor de goede zorgen, wij komen graag terug.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Bell'alloggio recentemente ristrutturato (i bagni sono nuovi), in complesso residenziale tranquillo ma vicino al mare, senza salite particolari a piedi e con ascensore. Composto da due camere da letto matrimoniali, grande soggiorno (anche con divano letto), cucinino e doppi servizi. Posto auto e box. Completamente attrezzato, dalla pulizia impeccabile, biancheria letto nuova. Elasticità su check-in/check-out, ottima comunicazione con l'host. Provato a Pasqua, ma per le vacanze estive, un posto auto compreso è una manna. Lo consiglio senza esitazioni.
