We really enjoyed our stay at Dana's cottage. It was very clean and comfortable with a kichen that had everything we needed to cook great meals. The neighbors were friendly and it was in a great location for enjoing all Ventura and the surrounding area has to offer!

**An Amazing Stay!** We had an incredible five-night stay at this wonderful Airbnb after our wedding, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The comfortable furniture and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We slept like babies in the super comfy bed! The neighborhood was fantastic, and we enjoyed surfing every day and indulging in delicious meals. You have to check out Malibu Brew Co and get a burger and a couple of beers. The hosts were exceptional—they clearly know how to run an Airbnb and made our experience unforgettable. This is definitely one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. I very highly recommend.

Jennifer was simply amazing! So responsive, communicative, understanding, kind, accommodating and genuine. Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

We had a wonderful time and loved the house! It was extremely clean and well-outfitted. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely home in a beautiful location!

Alan’s place is really great with its proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and all the fun restaurants and activities. Alan was a great host. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. I will look to book here again on the next visit to Santa Barbara.

What a peaceful place tucked in a quiet hilltop full of nature surroundings. Absolutely no traffic/people noise and lots darkness with an incredible view when the fog rolls away. It blew our minds! A perfect base of operations for a week stay with all we needed and the host right next door (over a private gate) which was helpful when we had a few needs that he responded quickly and kindly. We were impressed how close we were to things even though it felt like we were far, far away. We cannot wait to stay there again! Note to those that drive a Tesla, do NOT use the car gps/maps. It won’t get you there in a direct route. Use Google maps. Plan at least one evening to enjoy the night sky from the hot tub and deck with fire table and grill. It’s not to be missed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Carla is the embodiment of a “super host.” Great communication, very accommodating, and very responsive. We decided to stay an extra week and Carla helped us make the correct arrangements and a smooth transition. Carla’s Cottages is a special place. Highly recommended!

Jonah is responsive and reliant, and I’m so glad to have booked his gem of a home! I highly recommend all of his listings as he is usually nearby and always willing to help. I stayed in the retreat/cottage and it was great! It is just minutes away from Solvang (about 6 miles) which was a plus. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

Fabulous glamping experience! Comfy furniture and bed. Loved the fireplace at night. Cozy and warm. Bring ear plugs, as there is a bit of road noise. Bring plates, bowls, and utensils if you’d like to eat in the cottage. Only two small plates, one bowl, but three mugs so the soup we brought worked out. No spoons tho…. 1 fork and knife. 🤣 Lovely courtyard and fountains! Overall loved it and will definitely be back. 🧡

This sweet little house was great for an extended weekend visit to Santa Barbara! We were able to walk to the local coffee shop and stroll to the Farmers Market on Saturday morning. The driveway is small but our Subaru fit perfect. It is a busy street but not so bad after 10 pm. Dawn is a great host and responds quickly to any inquiry r=or questions. Check in and check out were easy with no issues.

Nice cozy place

Kim and Tom’s Camp Cottonwood house is beautiful and comfortable. Everything works as expected and supplies are well-stocked. The backyard is awe-inspiringly spacious — big enough to host a wedding, we joked. Their home is a gem in Los Alamos, convenient and cozy. Los Alamos is a cute village that’s close to Santa Maria and Solvang. Kim and Tom are very welcoming hosts. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice.

What a great spot! There is a lot to do within walking distance but there are a lot of stairs to get to the main thoroughfare. The cottage was super cozy for a tiny house. The kitchen had amenities for the first morning which was helpful after a day of travel. We wished we had more time to spend there but there was so much to do in Ventura.

Ari and Alex were extremely communicative from my booking date to check out. They were both generous with recommendations for local restaurants, cafes and provided plenty of dog friendly spots to visit as I had my two small pups with me. The house location and set up was perfect for my parents and had zero stairs (a huge plus for my mom). The home is located just minutes away from Santa Barbara, Montecito and Carpenteria and gave us time to explore and schedule naps in between. The home itself is adorable and offers plenty of storage space for all your belongings. For those that work from home, it’s noteworthy both rooms have a makeshift desk that pulls up from the wall that way one can work in private. My parents and I loved our stay and are already in talks about our next stay here in 2026. It was an absolute dream location paired with fantastic hosts. Thanks again, Alex and Ari!

We loved staying at Fawns place. So close to the beach and great restaurants, we also loved the farmers market on Sunday. Will definitely be staying at Fawns place again!

A wonderful stay. Great proximity to the surrounding towns and wineries - all in driving distance. The Airbnb was comfortable and homely. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Wonderful repeat stay at Melissa's place. Very quiet and relaxing place. Super clean, tidy, with everything you could need. Great location with easy access to Los Olivos, Solvang, and Ballard. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay in Geraldine's cottage nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. It was adorable! The house was clean, safe, comfortable and relaxing. Super close to Malibu and the freeway. Nice walk to the Old Place in the morning to grab a cup of coffee where I go to see some Peacocks. I will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay in Darren’s home. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. The backyard is also spacious and perfect for any pup! We also loved the community and that the house was walking distance to the town of Montecito!

Debra was such an amazing host!! She took my friends and I in during the fire evacuations in LA and was so helpful during our entire stay. She brought us fresh eggs from her friend's farm and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cabin was so cute and cozy, we all felt so at home! Thank you Debra!!

Excellent stay. My wife and I stayed there for 8 nights in late February and our experience was in line with the Airbnb add and reviews. Clean house, spacious, comfortable and practical for two people. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared most our meals there. Easy drive to town (6-8 minutes). The house is surrounded by cute little citrus ranches and beautiful houses. Tyler is a generous host and the house was stocked with amenities and goodies upon our arrival. Also of note, we had to do a number of zoom calls from the house and Tyler’s WiFi handled it without a problem. All in all a flawless stay, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else upon my next visit to Ojai. Thank You Tyler for hosting us !
