San Lorenzo in Banale: aluguel por temporada pet friendly

Eine super Gastgeberin, welche sich endlos Mühe gibt, das man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hat. Selbst kühle Getränke gab es zur Begrüßung. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren perfekt und das gesamte Haus war blitzsauber. Werden sicherlich wiederkommen um die Herzlichkeit und die Umgebung zu genießen 😊

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La posizione era ideale e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, permettendo di utilizzare in pieno la Trentino card! L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. La cucina ben attrezzata. L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile. Alessandra e Michele sono ottimi host, molto disponibili fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per esplorare la zona, oltre ad accoglierci con un ottimo strudel appena fatto, un cesto di frutta, una bottiglia e altre prelibatezze! Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia esplorare il Trentino e cercare un alloggio confortevole e accogliente, anche per gli amici a quattro zampa che sono pienamente accolti e coccolati! Ho passato due giorni con la mia famiglia nella splendida casa di Ezio. La casa rispecchia esattamente le foto e le descrizioni, così come l'area esterna, e tutto è curato con attenzione. Cercavamo due giorni di relax ed è proprio quello che abbiamo trovato. L'area è particolarmente silenziosa e vicinissima al lago di Caldonazzo. La possibilità di utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata la sera, con vista sulle montagne circostanti e le stelle, è la ciliegina sulla torta della casa. Ezio ci ha fornito molte informazioni e consigli utili sulle attività da svolgere, dove mangiare e tutto il necessario. Ci siamo veramente sentiti come degli amici dei padroni di casa. Ultimo plus: ci è stata richiesta la massima attenzione alla raccolta differenziata, cosa che ci ha fatto notevolmente piacere.

Wir haben ein paar ruhige Tage nach einer Gardaseerundreise bei Serena verbracht. Es ist perfekt für Menschen, die die Ruhe suchen. Es liegt abseits vom Trubel, genau das was wir gesucht hatten.

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

A very authentic lake view villa with a beautiful and well-maintained garden! In April, we could sit and dine on the veranda which has an exclusive view over the Garda lake. It feels very private as it has its own driveway and entry gate. It’s a 5-min walk to the port where you can catch boats cruising the lake. Around the port, there are also a few restaurants and a small beach. In the opposite direction, just at the end of the road, there are a few other restaurants which are even closer to the house. We did not miss anything! There is also a baby chair and a foldable bed. Absolutely recommend the place!

Place is amazing and great if you have a family! Quiet but also entertaining for kids, the water games are awesome. I would add more pans and pots and utensils to cook with, other than that it was perfect!

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr sauber. Die Kulisse und Außenanlage sind wunderschön, man hat einen großen Pool mit genügend Liegeplätzen, einen Whirlpool & Sauna zur alleinigen Nutzung. Fabio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Riva del Garda, wodurch man die Stadt- und Seenähe hat aber trotzdem in der Natur und im Ruhigen lebt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch für ihn war es toll! Große Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder! ☀️

Geweldig verblijf gahad in deze super accomodatie! Zeer mooie ligging met uitzicht over het meer. Een keurig onderhouden tuin met zwembad. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar, reageert snel op berichtjes en geeft waardevolle tips over verblijf en omgeving. Kortom, we hebben genoten!

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt!! Serge (Co-Gastgeber) war stets gut erreichbar, hat uns alles bestens erklärt, das Haus, ein alter renovierter Bauernhof aus der Gegend, war genial schön und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und wir alle (8 Personen) haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und drei wunderschöne Tage im Landesinnern am Gardasee verbracht. Vi har haft en underbar vecka i Annas lägenhet i Bardolino. Så vacker utsikt från balkongen och ett lugnt och vackert område. Lägenheten var ren och fräsch med ett välutrustat kök. Tack Anna för din vänlighet!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war klasse und hat gehalten, was versprochen war 😊 die Vermieterin war sehr nett, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit 😊 Es war rundum klasse 🙌🏽

Tolle kleine und feine Villa mit allem was man braucht. Ein eingezäunter und großer Garten für den Hund und eine nahe Gassi Runde durch die Natur, auch tolle „local“ Restaurants in Fussläufiger Umgebung. Die Villa ist Architektonisch interessant und sehr ansprechend und hell. Alles ist durchdacht und technisch hochwertig ausgerüstet. Wunderbare Oase mit Pool und allem was man braucht :) Sehr zu empfehlen! Cinzia ist super nett und hat schnell geantwortet! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

The apartment is very comfortable and very very clean. There is everything that you need. Fausta is very friendly and helpful person. The parking is available as well. The area was calm but we were in winter time. In general you need a car for go to grocery or the restaurant or to visit something . We would recommend the apartment any way.

Wir haben uns an diesem wunderbaren Fleck Erde pudelwohl gefühlt. Fernab vom Touri-Trubel in einer malerischen Szenerie. Wenn man durch die Fenster schaut, meint man man würde eine Fototapete anschauen, weil die Landschaft so traumhaft schön ist. Die gesamte Anlage lädt zum träumen ein. Unser Apartment war lupenrein. Es war mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Insbesondere die Waschmaschine wussten wir, mit unserem einjährigen Sohn, sehr zu schätzen. Wenige Autominuten entfernt gibt es zahlreiche fantastische Restaurants die authentisches italienisches Essen anbieten. Monica war eine sehr zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite & sympathische Gastgeberin. Wir werden definitiv erneut zukünftige Urlaube hier verbringen & diese Unterkunft in unserem Freundeskreis wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Casa molto accogliente, vista meravigliosa e in posizione strategica. Lontano dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 min percorrendo una fantastica strada panoramica. Cinzia, sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità e consiglio. Super consigliato!!!!

Le logement et la piscine privée est un atout pour ce bel appartement. Proche de tout, il permet de bien profiter des différents lieux de loisirs. Fidèle à la description, il est très bien agencé. Par contre, nous l'avons trouvé bruyant car proche de la route où beaucoup de voitures circulaient. Je noterai l'excellente communication avec Loredana qui a été aux petits soins pour nous donner des conseils et passer un bon séjour.

Il nostro soggiorno alla Casa Sté è stato stupendo. La casa pulitissima e comodissima, il giardino bellissimo dove i nostri figli hanno potuto giocare e noi godere della fantastica vista sulle montagne circostanti mentre mangiavamo fuori. La casa è ideale per raggiungere in poco tempo luoghi d’interesse (come San Lorenzo in Banale, Trento, il lago di Garda) e attività invernali ed estive di ogni tipo. Dalla bicicletta, al trail running, escursioni con paesaggi mozzafiato adatti ad ogni tipo di esigenza (noi abbiamo fatto una piccola escursione per famiglie alla cascata del rio bianco e bosco arte). E per finire non possiamo non menzionare l’eccezionale gentilezza e ospitalità di Luisa e Tiziano, i loro consigli, il fantastico strudel di mele (nonché alcune altre prelibatezze con le quali ci hanno sorpresi). Super! Possiamo consigliare Casa Sté a chiunque voglia passare una bellissima vacanza nelle Dolomiti, che sia breve o lunga, in coppia o con famiglia. Noi sicuramente ci torneremo!

Mieszkanie zaskoczyło nas wielona udogodnieniami i bardzo przyjemnym wyposażeniem. Nieskazitelne czyste a jednocześnie bardzo przytulne. Położone na skraju wsi, blisko lasu, z możliwością wielu tras spacerowych z psem. Niezależnie wejście i taras dawały swobodę wchodzenia o każdej porze. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, który troszczy się i opiekuje, jednocześnie zapewniając niezależność. Będziemy polecać i wracać.

Siamo stati da Rosaria per 9 giorni tra Pasqua e il 25 aprile. Rosaria ci ha aiutato ad organizzare le giornate con suggerimenti e indicazioni che hanno reso la nostra esperienza davvero fantastica. L'alloggio, confortevole e dotato di tutte le comodità ha reso il soggiorno ancora più godibile. lo splendido giardino, curato con tanto amore, è stato per nostro figlio una valvola di sfogo e di gioco . Lo stesso amore e la stessa cura sono visibili anche nell'appartamento. La generosità è disponibilità di Rosaria fanno davvero la differenza. Una padrona di casa splendida e una persona rara. Ricordermo questa vacanza, non solo per le meravigliose giornate, tra musei ed escursioni, cibo favoloso e nuove amicizie, ma anche per l'accoglienza che Rosaria e la sua famiglia ci hanno riservato....torneremo certamente presto a trovarli!

Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Ausstattung war gut, alles essenzielle vorhanden. Wir wurden abgeholt vom Gastgeber und zur Unterkunft begleitet. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist für größere Autos herausfordernd insbesondere die engen Gassen + Bergauf & unter. Nicht mit einem Auto anreisen dass breiter als 1,50 ist ! Check In war sehr unkompliziert, etwas zu sehr - der Code für den Zugang wurde vergessen uns mitzuteilen und die Information über die Kurtaxe ebenfalls. Checkout war ebenfalls sehr entspannt. Würde nochmal die Unterkunft mieten : )
