Sal: aluguel por temporada com área externa

Mooi en zeer ruim appartement op een groot resort. Voor ons een goede keuze, gebruik van de faciliteiten van het resort maar voor het strand en lekker eten naar Santa Maria. Personeel op het resort is erg vriendelijk. Het achterste deel (Tui) waar het appartement is, is prima, de rest van heeft wel renovatie nodig. Appartement is zeer schoon, een uitgebreide keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt en een fijn bed. Communicatie verliep snel en soepel.

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour à Murdeira. La baie de Murdeira est un endroit calme et chaleureux. Il est très facile de se déplacer aux 4 coins de l’île. Le logement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, face à la piscine et à la mer. Benoit est un hôte accueillant, disponible et réactif. Nous espérons y revenir prochainement. Nous recommandons vivement

Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wenn man ein paar schöne Tage fern ab der vielen Touristen aus Santa Maria verbringen und ein wenig das einheimische Leben schnuppern mag, ist man bei Ralf gut aufgehoben. Wir waren durch Ralfs Empfehlungen zweimal köstlich essen und wurden mit allen Infos ausgestattet die man brauchte. Das Haus mit Pool war für unsere Tochter sowieso der Knüller! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben eine nette Familie kennengelernt und das Gefühl, ein wenig vom einheimischen Flair der Menschen auf Sal mitbekommen zu haben. Danke für den Einblick

Merci à Yvonne de nous avoir accueilli dans son logement. La communication était parfaite notamment grâce a une correspondante sur place. L’appartement est conforme au photo et le rapport qualité-prix est très bien ! La résidence est un peu vide mais au moins c’est calme 😊 Parfait pour des vacances tranquille près de la mer ! I loved my stay in this airbnb! The room was spacious & clean, it even had a beautiful balcony with flowers. The person responsible of the property is incredibly nice & helpful. I will definitely book here again my next time on the island! Thank you!

we've just come home from a fabulous family holiday at Agnes beautiful front line villa. We all felt very comfortable in the villa home from home. Kitchen is very well equipped and had a washer and dishwasher which was an added bonus, beds were very comfortable and it was lovely to have 6 sunbeds all to ourselves! It was very busy around the communal pool. Air conditioning was essential and worked well as did the wifi Agnes also provided fans and organised a taxi for us and we were able to have a late check out which was very much appreciated. Taxis are readily available at the hotel into Santa Maria. Two lovely bars are bar Marley and Bikini Beach fabulous food although was a little noisy on Saturday night. All in all a fabulous time was had on Sal lots of amazing experiences for our grandson Joey thank you Agnes for your hospitality.

Bibis place is perfect or kitesurfers, with a backyard, not faar from the town centre with many high qualitiy restaurants.

We had a wonderful month-long stay in Stéphane’s apartment. Everything is brand new & spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, even a dishwasher. We absolutely loved the covered porch. Everything in town is walking distance including the beach, restaurants, and lots of shops. Wifi was very stable. Even where there was an unprecedented issue with all tap water on the island, we were very comfortable thanks to the reservoir and stock of extra bottles. Great communication from the host. Our stay here was perfect, we would happily come back anytime.

A unique and peaceful time of rest. Our host provided us with all the things we needed from transportation from the airport to recommendations of what to do on the small island of Sal. Apartment was extremely clean based on a new complex with a shop, bar, cafe and restaurant. Would definitely return while the weather is wet and grey in the Uk for another experience of bikini beach and the beaches of Santa Maria. Thanks Edna

O estúdio proporciona todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável. Dispõe de alguns itens extra que são muito úteis: temperos e especiarias, chá, detergente da loiça… A máquina de lavar roupa é particularmente importante para estadias mais longas. Tem um espaço exterior muito convidativo. A localização é a melhor de Santa Maria, perto de tudo, mas calmo o suficiente para relaxar: em cima da praia, piscina excelente com espreguiçadeiras sempre disponíveis. O condomínio é muito tranquilo, tem privacidade e os seguranças são atentos e simpáticos.

Au sein d'un parc sécurisé et propre , très beau logement au 1 étage d'une résidence avec piscine . Logement très bien équipé , propre et bien agencé , beaucoup de documentation et de détails sur les différentes activités . Un contact avec Caroline et son équipe sur place parfait , gentillesse et flexibilité . Le défaut de la distance avec Santa Maria est vite oublié grâce à la navette gratuite tout au long de la journée et soirée . Enfin proximité avec Bikini Beach , 15 minutes à pied très agréable . A casa está súper bem localizada, perto de restaurantes locais como Cham e bom petisco o que ao eu recomendo também. Tudo como nas fotos, limpeza também estava super bem, local muito tranquilo. Recomendo muito este local. Anfitrião também sempre muito disponível e atento.

Beautiful two-beds, two-bathrooms apartment, spotlessly clean, within a resort. Access to the pools, restaurants and the beach. The price is for the accommodation, possible to upgrade to all-inclusive within the resort area for 71 EUR/person. A bit remote from Santa Maria, within a resort, all matching the description. Recommendations.

Maxine jest pomocną, miłą i gościnną osobą. Apartament jest czysty, duży dla dwóch par z dwójką dzieci. Posiada dwa balkony i dwie łazienki. W budynku jest winda. Można korzystać z dwóch zewnętrznych basenów. W pobliżu jest sklep, restauracje i bankomat. Wygodnym udogodnieniem jest darmowy bus do Santa Maria. Do plaży z apartamentu można dojść pieszo lub pojechać busem na plażę Ponta Preta. Bardzo spokojny i bezpieczny kompleks. Na terenie kompleksu Aqua Hotel jest ochrona. W apartamencie i na recepcji jest dostęp do Wi-Fi.

We enjoyed staying in Lorraine's apartment, being in the city and by the sea made it very easy for us to walk around day and night, enjoying the city vibes and at times sitting by the beach. it was nice finding drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar in the house. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, Stefan who took us round to see various restaurants and showed us where we could shop. He also helped us organize a tour to the island which was great. I would recommend Lorraine's house for your stay in Santa Maria.

Marco è stato eccezionale attivo nel risolvere problematiche e rispondere a quesiti per vivere al meglio l'Isla do Sal. L'alloggio funzionale come lo desideravo..... lontano dal caos ma vicino al centro. Esperienza fantastica. Grazie . Obrigada !!!

Nous venons de passer 1 semaine dans ce logement. Tout était très bien. Jolie residence, au calme, belle piscine. Très bonne situation pour aller à pieds à la plage ou au village de Santa Maria. Roger nous a fourni beaucoup d'explications avant notre arrivée. Logement à conseiller.

Cozy apartment in walking distance to the city center. In this apartment u are guarantueed a good night sleep. As it is located in a quiet area outside the city senter. Check in is super easy. We were met by Alexandre’s parents. They are super friendly and helpfull.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and local amenities. The apartment itself was clean, had a beautiful sea view, and access to its own pool with plenty of available chairs. The building felt safe and secure, and the host was very responsive and proactive throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

This was a fabulous apartment, the location is just perfect, it is a few steps to the pool and just a few more to the beach and only a few minutes to the main strip of restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything we needed and more (the beach towels were a real bonus for us). We managed to cook on a couple of evenings with no issues (only a sharper knife may have been helpful but no real problem) and the supply of things such as salt, pepper and sugar were really handy as well as the sandwich maker so we could make some quick toasties. Lizzie the cleaning lady is lovely and comes to check everything is OK with you, she even bought us some soap which we loved but couldn't find in the shops ourselves to bring home with us. Thanks again Lizzie 😊. Stijn is responsive and provided wonderful information before you arrived on various things such as recommendations of where to eat on different budgets and helpful local info.
