Una scala porta al suggestivo sottotetto dal quale si può ammirare l'isola di San Giorgio. Our modern and charming flat has been totally new in the unique Biennale environment. Located in the historical and quiet Castello quarter. It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.

L’appartamento è situato in prossimità della Riva dei Sette Martiri, ed ha una splendida vista sui Giardini della Marinaressa e sul bacino di San Marco, in una zona che offre una vasta scelta di opportunità di svago e di relax. È composto da un’ampia area living con cucina, tre camere doppie e due bagni. Si trova a pochi minuti dai principali siti culturali ed è facilmente raggiungibile con l’utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici.

Siamo due sorelle Claudia e Chiara, nate e cresciute nella Venezia più autentica. Apparteniamo alla sesta generazione di veneziani della nostra famiglia. Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.
