One more level down will take you to the double lock-up garage with direct and private access to your pad. Additionally, you can reach the upper level living areas directly via the street. The entire place is yours! You can make the most of the large deck, light living space, kitchen and laundry, plus it's only a short walk to the beach, Noosa Junction and Hastings Street. I will be living next door to welcome you and to help you with any questions you may have. I can also totally keep out of your way, it's up to you! The front doors are fitted with a keypad lock system so you can enter and depart without having to collect any keys from me, but of course I'd love to meet you to make sure you have all that you need. My 3 bed room home is in a safe , quiet cul-de-sac in the leafy green suburb of Freshwater. My home provides for three double beds in seperate bedrooms and a rollaway single trundle bed for a 7th guest., The allotment is large and private, and tropically landscaped. There are caretakers living on site in a completely separate apartment, accessed from the lower yard. They are very discrete but can be called upon in an emergency if the need arrises.
