El lugar nos encantó. Estuvo muy acogedor a lo que estábamos buscando. Solo que LUMA nos decepcionó. De lo demás estamos encantados con el lugar.

Les recomiendo hospedarse con la gente de Tortuga Properties, personas muy atenta y un lugar precioso que como mi esposo y yo queríamos relajarnos y pasar un rato cool, los más jóvenes encontraron su ambiente más activo. Ya pensamos volver este verano.

Excelente personas, es un ambiente familiar que te sientes como en casa. La habitacion es grande, el bano tambien comodos, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar.

This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

We felt the condo was in a great location close to the large pool and within walking distance to a stunning beach. Check in and check out were seamless. Alma returned answers to our questions quite quickly. We loved Puerto Rico and the Lakeside condos were fantastic.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Sol. From the friendly guard at the entrance to the gated community, to the great location of the unit. We ate most of our meals out.. the list of restaurants that Vivienne provided was fantastic. We went to a number of them and they were delicious. Would definitely recommend this unit.

A very well appointed home! It was so nice to not have to pack things like shampoo, bug spray, sunscreen & beach towels. We utilized the recommendations for local restaurants etc provided by Carlos & Ken multiple times and were pleased with the recommendations (the Spoon food tour was great!) Their instructions about the home were very clear, the late checkout time was appreciate and we enjoyed being on fish feeding duty as well. Finally, the proximity to the beach was ultimately why we chose their place, and it was an excellent choice—literally steps out the door and you are on the beach! Would definitely come back again!

This place is a MUST. The place is located right next to ocean park beach. The house Is located in a gated community which made everything feel more secure. Although it rained majority of our stay, due to how close we were to the beach, we were still able to catch sun in the morning.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cynthia's place in Palmas del Mar! The property has incredible views and is well-situated for easy access to multiple beaches (all of which were gorgeous and minimally crowded). Palmas del Mar is a lovely private neighborhood, and Cynthia was very helpful in recommending places to eat/shop during our trip. The house was stocked with entertainment, kitchen supplies, and beach accessories. Cynthia was incredibly accommodating, hospitable, and provided excellent communication which made every step of our visit seamless. Our family hated to leave after a week and would be quick to return to this property should we visit Puerto Rico again! Thank you, Cynthia!

The place was exactly what we needed - we enjoyed the plunge pool and you just 1 block from the beach which was great! You have some amazing restaurants very near by Great steak place waking distance and an amazing sushi place bakku near by

The place is easy to find, close driving distance to the supermarket, fast food, and stores. Loved the ease of check-in. All rooms are spacious and well equipped. Even includes beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers for beach trips which was definitely a plus. Place had absolutely everything we needed and some stuff we didn’t need but would be great for families with little ones such as a high chair. Suitable for large families as it includes 3 private bedrooms, and an additional inflatable mattress if needed. Would definitely book again!

Our son and daughter in law had their wedding ceremony at the rooftop and it was just perfect! We rented the entire property that housed all of our six families that came from different places. And we all fell in love with the place. Every one had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen and dining is where we would all gather, there are 2 entertainment rooms and a nice living room. Plenty of places to convene specially for big groups and kids, the place is well laid out. The rooftop was huge but can be designed for a small wedding like ours. The pool and hot tub was a nice bonus. Thank you so much Michael, Zoraida and Heriberto for all your help. You guys have been so patient and helpful for months up to the wedding. We were lucky to have found a gem and great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay here. The home was beautiful and exactly as it was described. The beach and pool were lovely. Both very close. Wilmari always responded quickly to my many questions and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend the property

9 day stay, family of 5 (including 2 elderly & 1 child). Vacationing & visiting family. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation & will utilize this host in the future. Thank you Angel Luis & Andres. Specifics: Hosts: responsive, easy to communicate with & helpful. Accommodation: private road access, clean & as described. Functional kitchen, comfortable beds, laundry facility, 2 car parking, outdoor patio & shower. AC units, 2 of 3 bedrooms with balcony for fresh ocean breeze & calming sound. The area is busy on weekends as it’s close to the ocean but if you close the doors, sound levels are acceptable. Location: Safety- visible & multiple police patrols. Able to do 3 mile walk along the coastal road, felt safe. Proximity- to various eating options..from street food to eat-in restaurants. Thins to do- beach, within walking distance a highlight. Loved calm waters in the sheltered areas. San Juan is 1 hr away. Public transportation available but rental car recommended.

We traveled here with 7 adults, (5 adult children who had never been to PR before). The space was clean and spacious with plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy in the sun or the shade, alone or with others. It was convenient to access to the beach, the outdoor showers, groceries, fun spots, beaches, local shops, unique restaurants, basically anything you might want for amusement. We could not have asked for a better host. He gave lots of great suggestions for places to visit. He gave clear directions for accessing everything, and checked in on us when the power went out (the grill area was so handy for that). We loved the sunrises, sunsets, and all the time in between. You won’t have any regrets if you choose to stay here.

We had a great experience last week at Felix’s townhome. Initially AC in master was leaking water and the bake setting on stove were not working properly but completely fixed within 24 hours! Felix was so responsive ! Quiet neighborhood, private beach and community pool were great! Minutes from downtown Rincon ! Ty Felix!!!

This Airbnb was perfect for me and my guests! Marc (the host) sent very clear instructions which were very helpful for entering the Airbnb. He is also a very fast communicator and easy to get in touch with. The place looks just like the pictures! I think it is perfect for max 4 people in order to be comfortable as the upstairs (3 levels) is a bit tight. It was very clean! Also be mindful of your noise after 9pm as there is a noise detector if you are too loud but me and my guests were respectful and were mainly out partying anyways. This Airbnb is also close to a lot of places and is walkable to the beach. I would highly recommend this place for a quick girls trip or a small group. 10/10 experience!

Very clean, neat and quiet area. We did experience a power outage but it was all over the island. Jose made sure the property was well equipped for a comfortable stay.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Rincon! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how perfectly located it is. The space itself is immaculate, stylishly decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and tropical charm. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, and we loved having the option to cook some meals and enjoy them on the 3rd floor balcony. All bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to walk to nearby surf beach right outside the complex gates. This location is ideal. We also loved being close to local cafes and restaurants in Puntas, where we soaked in the laid-back, friendly vibe of the town. Casa Islena was excellent. Our host, Allison, was super communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The check-in process was seamless, and the condo had a cozy yet spacious feel that made it a true home away from home. Highly Recommend!
