Portugal: aluguel por temporada em vila

Case Polgoda is an extremely well equipped luxury home in a lovely surrounding, just a few minutes drive from Carvoeiro. We, a family of 8, ranging from 3 to 71 very much enjoyed our stay there. The management ( whom we met a representative of once) were very good at communicating from start to finish. Very much a 5 star experience

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifull Villa. Easy walk to the Marina for restaurants in the evening and the Beach. Lovely pool with plenty of outside space and seating, including BBQ and sink. Attention to detail was excellent, with pool towels and blankets provided. We enjoyed the table tennis which was great for the occasional rain shower. I would certainly return at some time in the future.

Pedro is an amazing host and is highly recommended as he is very responsive whenever you message him! He helped save our trip by letting us check in after 3am. Local recommendations are provided at the house, it has a very spacious common area, quiet and safe neighbourhood and amazing pool! Only downside is the women of our group think he is too attractive. 😂

Wir hatten mit 10 Personen eine tolle Woche. 5 vollwertige Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Bad, großer Garten, nette Vermieterin. Haus liegt in einem eingezäunten Bereich und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Supermärkte 20 Minuten und dichtester Strand 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated and spacious villa! The decor was stunning, and the open layout made it feel like a luxurious retreat. With 16 of us staying here, the space was more than accommodating, and everyone had plenty of room to relax. The location was perfect as everything we needed was within walking distance (Spar and a beach), and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our host was absolutely wonderful - super nice, professional, and responsive to our needs. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot to stay.

A fantastic family villa with lots of space inside and out. The pool and garden area were perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was so well equipped, there was nothing we needed but didn’t have. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The marina and beach are only a 20-30 minute walk away but also very cheap Ubers available when walking not possible. The street was private and the garden quiet. We will definitely return again, thank you for a great holiday in your fantastic home.

Eine schöne Villa mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Wenn man mit dem Auto durch das Tor fährt, denkt man, was für eine ruhige idyllische Gegend. Für unsere Bedürfnisse waren die Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig, so dass man keine Privatspähre geniessen konnte. Leider war auch extremes Hundegebell von überall, zum Teil über Stunden, zu hören. Wir würden diese Villa nicht mehr buchen. Sergio ist aber ein toller Gastgeber. Für Leute die nicht geräuschempfindlich sind, ist es eine tolle Villa.

Gostamos imenso do nosso fim de semana prolongado em amigos. Correspondeu totalmente às nossas expectativas, o espaço é bastante agradável com uma vista incrível da sala de estar, o espaço exterior também é muito interessante para passar belas tardes. Assim que entramos na casa percebemos que estava com bastante pó nos cómodos, tivemos também um pequeno problema com a janela da suíte mas nada que tivesse feito com que o mesmo não valesse a pena, foram apenas pequenos pormenores que são fáceis de ajustar. O filipe foi um ótimo anfitrião de início ao fim, sempre pronto a ajudar e deu boas sugestões de locais para jantar ou para explorar. Falando por todos voltaríamos sem pensar duas vezes.

The Villa is spectacular and quite comfortable. It was easy to find and in pristine condition at our arrival.

Our first visit to Caroveiro was amazing the villa was so impressive spotlessly clean every one of us commented on how comfortable the beds were the villa has everything you would need in a beautiful setting not to far from all amenities you would need most importantly our grand children had the most amazing holiday in a safe and secure environment we as a family 11 of us would not hesitate in booking again FABULOUS HOLIDAY X

We had our wedding at this beautiful villa and also spent several days here with our guests—it was truly unforgettable. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The garden is stunning and the views created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. They prepared the catering with traditional food, and everyone absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!

The house was great and well equipped. The scenery was beautiful and we would like to come back. Thanks to Ben, the owner for making the departure and stay easy and problem free. The house was very nice, although I would have been nervous for the steep stairs if I had small children. But it was perfect for us with teenage/adult kids, with lots of separate spaces, both inside and outside. The pool was bigger than expected, it wasn’t very easy to see from the pictures. It was also a bit longer to walk to the beach than I thought, but again, with big kids it was no problem. The area was quiet and safe and with a wonderful view from the roof terrace. All in all, it was a wonderful place.

A stunning villa. We were 2 families with 5 teenagers and there was plenty of space for us all. The pool and balcony area were especially fabulous-the view is even better than the photos. It’s in a perfect location with several beaches, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. A taxi into Ferragudo was only €5. It’s a small town with nice restaurants and just a few shops. Good supermarkets were an easy drive away. Francisco was really helpful both before and during our stay. He made some good restaurant recommendations and sorted surf lessons for us, including pick up from the villa which was amazing. A fabulous holiday-would definitely recommend. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Susana’s place. The house is massive and even with 6 adults and 2 children there was plenty of space for everyone and each couple/family could have their own bathroom. The patio is a perfect sun trap and our kids loved the pool and trampoline. The nearby town is about a 15 minute walk and has a small but well stocked supermarket and some good restaurants. We would love to stay again.

What an amazing 5* villa! We absolutely loved staying here. Everything about it was just wonderful - architect designed house, incredible view, super comfortable beds and great kitchen facilities. Plus easy parking in the garage underneath. Also Rita who met us there was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to return one day!

Wij (gezin met 3 jonge kinderen) verbleven een week op deze locatie.Het is een prachtig , compleet en zeer schoon huis. Het was ideaal dat er bijvoorbeeld een tafelstoel, kinderbadje en een wc-verkleiner aanwezig waren. Aanvullend op alle voorgaande recensies vonden wij de locatie (dichtbij de grens met Spanje) zeer positief om ook deels Spanje te verkennen.

Hemos estado 4 días y la verdad que la experiencia ha sido impecable. La casa esta muy bien, muy amplia y cuidada y con todas las comodidades que se necesitan. No nos ha faltado de nada. Además la “casita” exterior que cuenta con baño, cocina, mesa grande, billar, futbolín, barbacoa… es donde al final pasas mas tiempo porque es amplia y esta fenomenal. Jorge ademas es un anfitrión excepcional, nos traía pan recién hecho a diario para el desayuno y nos dejó de todo lo necesario para tener buenos desayunos, bollería, cereales, pan, huevos, leche, zumos, etc... El trato con él es fantástico. Un anfitrión de 10! Gracias Jorge!! Hemos disfrutado mucho tu casa!!

The house was simply fantastic. There were six of us there (Mom, Dad, Grandma, and three kids). The house had excellent amenities and was extremely clean. Everything was just perfect. A highlight was definitely the heated pool, which our kids really enjoyed. The beach is also very close – just a 5-minute walk if you’re taking it easy. We had a truly wonderful time. Maria and her husband were lovely hosts and for our family of 9 it was a great place to stay and spend time together. We especially enjoyed the area around the pool and the kids went in when the weather would allow it. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was also ideally located for everyone to go off on their own sometimes. Some went to the China market across the street, some went grocery shopping, some to the playground and some to McDonalds which is all close by. The local market with fresh fish, vegetables and bread is also just down the street, in walking distance, and full of local life. In general the possibilities for grocery shopping in the neighborhood are good. Thank you so much to Maria and her husband for having us!
