Portugal: aluguel por temporada com acesso a lago

The house was great and cosy with a stunning location by the beach in a relaxed neighborhood. We really enjoyed swimming and walking on the beach. The place was quiet, there was hardly any noise from the close by airport as the sound of the ocean waves dominated. Good for stargazing. Monika was very helpfull and made us feel welcome. Would higly recommend.

Paikka oli idyylinen ja rauhallinen. Sopi erittäin hyvin kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle koiralle. Aita ympäröi kaunista pihaa ja asunto oli ihanan persoonallinen. Takassa poltettiin puita joka ilta, koska illat oli viileät ja se toi ihanan tunnelman. Carlos oli ihan super kun toi meille puita lisää kun takkapuut loppuivat. Kuvat vastasivat asuntoa ja pihaa hyvin. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä.

A very quiet, rustic and rural setting. Sooooooo peaceful. Fantastic place to escape the city, get some rest and reconnect with nature. The outdoor, wood-heated bath was great, although it did seem a little decadent for just one person. Ideal for a couple. There is a river and Diogo (who is very friendly and very helpful) said he has a canoe. Although it was still quite cool in the mornings (early April), there is a wood-burner and an AC unit that also heats. The driveway is do-able but more for adventurous drivers. The village (Macieira da Maia) is very authentic and it is only about 10-15 min to the beach. Vila do Conde has a beautiful old-town. Many great beaches along the coast. Braga is only about 40 min, Oporto, about 20-30 min by car.

We chose to stay at Constantino’s stunning home as our last stop before leaving the beautiful island, and couldn’t have asked for a better base to end our time in Madeira. Constantino provided many local recs and was super responsive. The home was clean with everything we needed. Can’t say enough! Thank you!

Estadia perfeita! O espaço estava limpo e bem equipado. O anfitrião foi muito preciso na localização e no chekin e super atencioso. Recomendo o espaço e se possível voltarei novamente.

La zona es preciosa y muy tranquila, tienes muchísima intimidad y tranquilidad. Es un sitio perfecto para desconectar y pasar unos días tranquilos y de descanso son unas vistas muy bonitas. La casa es cómoda y el jacuzzi está genial 🙂 Muy recomendable este alojamiento!

Foi uma excelente estadia. Proporcionou uma tranquila visita ao Gerês e a São Bento da Porta Aberta. Excelente localização com restaurantes e minimercados perto para podermos confecionar/almoçar. A casa permite nos fazer caminhadas ou longas corridas no meio da natureza observando pequenos riachos e lindas paisagens. Foi uma experiência muito boa. A casa estava em ótimo estado e tem todas as condições para receber familias. Obrigada à Sara que foi quem nos orientou na nossa estadia e que não deixou que nos faltasse nada.

Hemos podido disfrutar de unos días maravillosos en la casa de Judite en Lagoa de Óbidos. La casa tiene una ubicación ideal, a unos pocos minutos a pie de la playa y de la laguna, y con servicios básicos de alimentación y restauración en la zona. El entorno es muy tranquilo, con unas vistas maravillosas desde la casa y el jardín. La casa de Judite es extremadamente acogedora y está perfectamente equipada para una estancia de lo más agradable. Nuestros tres hijos han disfrutado enormemente del lugar y esperamos algún día tener la ocasión de volver.

Fantastic little flat walking distance from the old town of Lagos. Very clean and friendly host! Lovely to look onto the harbour and be walking distance from such great places. Would easily return. The flat had everything needed and was bigger than the pictures.

A beautiful apartment in stunning Olhau! We really enjoyed our time in this ultra comfortable apartment close to the lovely old town in Olhau. There is nothing this property is lacking! We will be back at the first opportunity!

We had an amazing few days in the apartment with breakfast on the balcony and spending time by the pool. Highly recommend!

Zeer ruim appartement met groot balkon (+/- 30M2). 's morgens lekker zon op balkon tot ongeveer 14.00 uur. Fijne grote woonkamer. Alle ruimtes hebben toegang tot het balkon. Goed uitgeruste keuken, badkamer. Ruime slaapkamer met voldoende kastruimte. Alles op loopafstand. Cafés, restaurants op de marina. Centrum Lagos op 10 á 15 min. lopen. Een zeer fijn appartement voor 2 volwassenen. Een aanrader.

Had a wonderful peaceful stay at Easter. Beautiful views. Restaurants short walk nearby. Parking right outside the door. Hosts always available & very responsive. Great location to use as a base to travel about.

One of my best stays in Portugal. The accommodation is very cute, clean and has everything one needs for a short stay in Alvor/Portimao. The host has been extraordinary - very helpful, very fast communication and reaction. Pedro has been very friendly and as an extra, he has organized a great airport transport. The location is anazing, too. Definitely recommend this place.

Very nice apartment outside of Viana, in a very nice area next to the beach. We are a family of 5 (two small children and a baby) and enjoyed the spacious apartment. Although we didn't meet the host in person, the communication went smoothly. Can definitely recommend Pedro's place!

The location of the place can’t be beat. It’s so peaceful and beautiful, the perfect place if you love nature. The windows in the house maximize the enjoyment of the area. The little town is just down the road, simple restaurants, but there is more available if you drive 20-40 mins. Joao was very responsive and helpful and even left a nice bottle of local wine. Go to the padaria in town for bread! They only sell bread, but it is incredible.

Fernando est un hôte adorable, hyper réactif et donne des conseils. Le lit un poil dur et pas très grand, mais ok pour 2 nuits. Pouvoir se poser sur la terrasse est appréciable. Merci Fernando

Ganz besonderer Ort direkt am Douro. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Pool, Liegen und Garten mit Obstbäumen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Rui, your host, was brilliant and as effervescent as a freshly poured flute of fine French champagne - so much so that one almost needs to lie down and rest after having a chat. He loves his tree house and is extremely proud of his construction. One of the nights of our stay they had the fiercest storm in nearly 20 years - 100 kph winds, slashing rain and intense lighting and thunder yet in the morning both we and the tree house was still in the tree - can't say much about sleep but what an experience. It is, indeed, a magical experience. If you are coming by rental car, and a stickler for detail, be aware that you must drive over gravel roads for a few kms, which for most rental cars is not covered in the contract but if you drive in a mature and rationale matter who will ever know. Like how many people can say that they actually resided in a tree house. Just do it.

This is a lovely cottage with a private walled garden. There's a good variety plants - fresh mint, banana trees, various flowers, a lovely place to relax after a busy day exploring. There is a gas barbeque and a large garden table for dinner. The hot tub is a real bonus! The cottage is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. We appreciated the fruit basket, bread and jam. We recommend booking the hot springs in Evora and having a massage. Google inacquaveritas We highly recommend Carlos place - one not to be missed!

This is a great space in a real out-of-the-way part of Portugal. Tired of big city tourism? Try this property. Tiny villages dot the hills and you get an old world sense of Portugal here. The pool is the real star of the property here (as are Eric's three dogs, one of which lounged with us each morning) as it overlooks he view of the river. We did use the kayaks as well. It is hard to get to them down a very steep hill with ladders and a bit of minor repelling. Not for those with a bad knee or hip. Which gets me to, accessing the apartments, particularly the lower unit, is tricky. Steep, slanting and uneven steps that can be a little slippery. Perhaps not for the elderly. Hint for improvement would be to upgrade the furnishings and kitchenware. The knives couldn't cut an orange.

Cute little AirBnb in the center of a small quiet town. It is convenient if you want to spend time near Sete Cidades and Ponta da Ferraria. Otherwise, it is a bit out of the way from other interesting location as it is located pretty far to the West of the island. The location is shared with another AirBnB. We didn't use the pool as the weather was quite cool. Also, it doesn't feel that private since the place is right across the street from a church and small parking lot. The AirBnB has everything you need for cooking. The parking is off street so it feels secure.

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.
