We had a wonderful stay. We were in the area visiting our newest grandchild. The apartment was an excellent find, only 5 minutes away from where we needed to be every day. The apartment was a great "home away from home" and exactly as described. It was really clean, comfortable, and quiet. We borrowed our daughter's car and were able to park in the lower level garage. We stayed for over a week and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Broad Street apartment. Unit was as described in the listing and everything in the apartment was in good shape. Very close to several grocery stores and some nice restaurants, which was convenient. This is our second stay in the Locale property on Broad Street, and it was another good visit.

Great location, walking distance to many attractions/restaurants. We loved having a full kitchen to be able to cook some meals, too!

We enjoyed our stay. The studio apartment was clean and cozy. No complaints. The host was super accomodating with our request for a slightly later check out time. We checked in a bit late but that was fine too.

Really enjoyed staying at Rainue & Billy's place. Perfect location meaning access to restaurants and stores yet also walkable to hiking trails, quiet with good natural light. Really enjoyed it. Rainie and Billy were very responsive and made helpful suggestions. Would return in a minute.

Definitely a great place to stay in Philly. The apartment was spotless and had a spacious kitchen. Laundry is a huge perk for longer stays. The location is fantastic right on major subway lines, close to e-bike stand, and had grocery store and delis close by. Highly recommend!

My husband and I took an impulsive trip to Philly with our two dogs and found Rainier & Billy’s place—and we’re so grateful they were able to accommodate us last minute! It was everything we wanted and more. First off, the building is right next to the police headquarters, so it literally couldn’t be safer than that. And there were multiple inexpensive parking options. The unit itself was impeccably clean and neat, and smelled really nice. Felt like a hotel, but much more spacious!!! Quiet neighborhood, and the comfortable king bed made it easy to pass out lol but honestly the pillows were the best. Good water pressure and it was easy to get the hot shower working. Unit was well-equipped, so we were able to heat up and enjoy our leftovers. OH and there's an ATM on the ground floor! And a vending machine! I also wanted to mention how easy it was to communicate with Rainie! She was very proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will def be back!!! 10/10
