Beautiful apartment breezy and silent, immersed in nature and bush only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Is located at ground floor of a one-family villa, with independent entrance and view on a big garden with vegetable garden. Is composed by a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with two other optional beds. The villa is located in a residential hill just outside the center of Perugia, where there are a lot of other villas and country houses. 5 minute away there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away there is the Natural Park of Monte Tezio, ideal place where to practice trekking in the nature. Public transport are guaranteed in the day but i suggest to come with car to move easily in the evening. To rent for touristic use. Don't hesitate to write us for more infos!!!

“Il Cantuccio” di Francesca è un tranquillo e silenzioso appartamento situato in una posizione strategica:dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalle sue bellezze architettoniche, dalla stazione ferroviaria ed è vicinissimo all' E45 Perugia Prepo,all'Arena S.Giuliana e alla clinica Villa Fiorita.Di fronte casa vi è il parcheggio gratuito e a pochi passi vi sono le fermate dell'autobus.E' quindi ottimo per le famiglie ma anche per chi viaggia per lavoro.Sono graditi gli amici a quattro zampe

Il nostro luminoso monolocale si trova al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina (senza ascensore!) in una stradina tranquilla del centro a due passi dal Minimetrò e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. La casa è piccola ma abbiamo cercato di renderla il più accogliente possibile e di arredarla con semplicità e con cura. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

Francamente accoglienti per un magnifico soggiorno

Loft per due ideale per una coppia. Monolocale grande e nuovo, con balcone, tetto in legno e design moderno. Si trova al secondo piano di una casa curata ed abitata dalla famiglia che vi ospita. La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici. É adatto per brevi e lunghi periodi. A malincuore non possiamo accettare animali.

È un piccolo appartamento, porzione della casa colonica dove vivo. È situato a piano terra, con accesso indipendente, in collina, in mezzo agli olivi, ad un km da Cortona. C'è possibilità di parcheggio, accesso privato, usufruire del giardino "superpanoramico''
